Hey there! I'm Tiger – 35 years old and living in La Malbaie (Charlevoix), in beautiful Quebec. Nice to meet y’all!
During the pandemic, I made the choice to leave Montreal and settle down here. Now, I share a home with my girlfriend and two awesome roommates. Fun fact: one of our former Workawayers loved the place so much they moved here permanently last summer. That just shows how special this place is — and you could be part of it too!
Here, you could stay in one of our cozy cabins or in the trailer on the land. If those are already taken, no worries — I’ve got a tent you can use for camping, and you'll still have full access to the main house.
I'm looking to welcome individuals, couples, or friends who want to help out with a mix of tasks:
gardening
housecare
taking care of the chickens and goats
general help around the land
In winter, there’s some snow to shovel too — it's part of the Quebec charm!

I have four friendly dogs
I eat pescatarian, but no worries if you eat meat — everyone’s welcome around the table
I believe in sharing, helping one another, and creating good vibes
We offer minimum wage for paid work, and you're responsible for your own work visa. That said, you're welcome here even if you don't have one — let’s just chat and see what works best!

Salut ! Moi, c’est Tiger – j’ai 35 ans et j’habite à La Malbaie, dans la magnifique région de Charlevoix, au Québec. Enchanté !
Pendant la pandémie, j’ai décidé de quitter Montréal pour m’installer ici, en pleine nature. Aujourd’hui, je vis avec ma copine et deux super colocs. Petite anecdote : l’été dernier, un workawayer que j’ai accueilli a tellement aimé l’endroit… qu’il a décidé de s’y installer pour de bon ! Ça vous donne une idée à quel point l’endroit est spécial. Et toi aussi, tu pourrais en faire partie !
Tu pourrais loger dans l’une des cabanes sur le terrain ou dans la roulotte. Si ces options sont déjà prises, pas de souci — je peux te prêter une tente pour camper, et tu auras quand même accès à la maison principale.
Je cherche à accueillir des personnes seules, des couples ou des amis pour m’aider avec différentes tâches :
entretenir le jardin
s’occuper des poules et des chèvres
divers travaux autour du terrain
En hiver, il y a aussi un peu de neige à pelleter — l’expérience québécoise complète !
Je suis aussi propriétaire d’une petite entreprise appelée - donc j’ai parfois besoin d’aide pour nettoyer les cabanes et accueillir les visiteurs.

J’ai quatre chiens adorables
Je mange principalement du poisson (pescétarien), mais ça ne me dérange pas du tout si tu manges de la viande
Je crois en le partage, l’entraide et les bonnes vibes
Le salaire minimum est offert si c’est un travail rémunéré, et tu es responsable de ton propre visa. Cela dit, tu es le ou la bienvenu(e) même si tu n’as pas de visa — on peut en discuter ensemble !

As part of your stay with us, we’d really appreciate a hand with starting up the garden, tidying up the barn, and helping care for our goats and chickens. We also have a few cabins that occasionally need cleaning, and guests to greet with a smile!

Alojamiento
We have space for you to park your RV if needed. You’ll be staying in either a mobile home or a cabin, depending on availability.
Breakfast is included, and if you'd like, I can cook dinner in the evenings — we’d simply split the cost of groceries.
You'll also have access to the hot tub, and there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy in the area — from nature walks to local attractions.
If needed, I might be able to share my car with you for getting around.

Wow ! Je suis choqué par ton message que je viens de découvrir ! Tu viens de me dénigrer ce n'est vraiment pas sympathique. (Je précise que je suis resté seulement 5 jours chez elle au lieu de deux semaines voir plus)

Jetais super à l’aise de lui preter ma voiture pour qu’elle puisse profiter de la région. Nous avons joue aux cartes, partage des repas, travaille sur la ferme! Dans toutes les activités elle était toujours de bonne humeur.

i had the chance to host Charlie, Eddy and Ziggy for almost 2 weeks. These people are truly authentic, generous, kind and easy to live with. I'm am very thankful for their visit. They helped me so much. Their dog is a lovely furry friend.
