The foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to uplifting and empowering women from all walks of life. Through education, skill-building workshops, mentorship, and advocacy, it works to bridge the gender gap and create equal opportunities for women in society.
The foundation is dedicated to providing resources that help women overcome economic, social, and cultural barriers, empowering them to lead successful and independent lives. By fostering a supportive community, it aims to inspire confidence, promote leadership, and drive lasting change for women in marginalized communities.
As a Workaway volunteer, you'll enjoy the privacy of your own room during your stay. At the same time, you'll immerse yourself in the traditions, company, and warmth of a family. You'll also have the chance to savor delicious homemade, traditional food from Varanasi.
The more hands that join us in this project, the closer we come to realizing our dream of empowering women and transforming their futures.

They are warmly invited to experience life in the oldest city in India, Varanasi, where they can truly immerse themselves in its vibrant culture. From dining in family homes and learning Hindi to exploring the sacred sites of the world’s spiritual heart, they will discover the essence of our traditions and rituals. Treated as cherished members of the family, they will be welcomed to celebrate weddings, birthdays, and other joyous occasions with us.

The idea is for volunteers to assist in our workshop and projects as guides, assistance, helpers, or creators. They can organize and manage their own projects based on their skills and interests. We are collaborating with women who are working on handicraft projects, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
