  This is an old french Manor located in Mayenne in a charming countryside atmosphere. There are constant projects in the garden and in the house runned by ourselves and our local workers. We are constantly planting/pruning/sowing etc... to make our place beautiful and healthy with a productive flower garden and potager which both love to be looked after and also 17 ha of wild fields and bushs. We have a renovating plan of the house and the buildings and our artisan is allways realy keen on having extra help. Our aim is to keep this very rare feeling of old an place of french carracter with a modern human organization. Manors and Chateau have always been places of concregation of people coming from very different places and with their own stories who are motivated by the beauty of the place. We have been traveling all around the word as workaways and travelers and we have know decide to open our home to others as we had the chance to experience ouselves.

  You will be helping alongside the experienced and skilled head gardener and landscape architect Emmanuel who's allways keen on teaching and sharing his plants knowledge in organic flower farming, soils, trees and wildlife. Also the house works are managed by our local artisan using mainly old technics and products to improve year after year the rooms of the house with great taste of old country houses

  We accomodate our volunteers rather in the flat of the Chateau which allows workaways to have their full independance. Or we host people in our cottage in a large and comfortable room, big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and at home.

  We have a fully available car for our workaways who would like to escape for nozing around this lovely french country side, we're 50 min from Mont Saint Michel and 15 minutes from Vitré a lovely and active old city
