Descripción
We are Bram (39) and Kaylee (29) with a baby coming in April '27. Together with our dog Vlinder (12) we moved to a small village in Portugal just 5 minutes from the ocean.
Our village is a small, local community where all neighbours know each other. Everyone likes to chat (great if you want to practise speaking Portuguese!) and we often share food with each other from our gardens.
Bram is a passionate and knowledgeable organic gardener. He provides most of our veggies! Bram is a storyteller and writer, and offers guided tours in the area during tourist season. He know everything about the history of our area and loves to share stories and facts with people. In winter he works as a landscaper and gardener.
Kaylee works as a photographer and online marketer and is currently studying mineral balancing to make a career shift towards the field of natural health.
We have a beautiful small studio for guests like you, with an outdoor kitchen and closed bathroom with warm shower and regular toilet. -

We are mainly looking for someone who wants to learn with Bram, and support him in the garden.
In the garden
- Preparing winter garden beds (weeding, mulching, planting cover crop)
- Preparing walking paths (plowing, mulching with wood chips)
- Fruit tree maintenance (pruning, chipping, creating mulch)
- Seeding and planting winter crops
- Help with installing rainwater harvesting solution
- Optional: installing a chicken coop -

Alojamiento
A spacious, private studio with double bed located in our garden. There's a wood burner to heat the space. The outdoor kitchen is provided with all you need to cook your meals. The toilet and shower are a closed space that you can access through the garden. We provide clean bedding and towels and have a washing machine available.
We provide you with healthy ingredients to cook your own meals. We're happy to share a meal occasionally. -

We are both neurodivergent and creative people. Kaylee is a photographer and studying natural health, and Bram is a writer and storyteller. We're pretty quiet and relaxed people. In the morning we need our space. We prefer deep talks over small talk and love to share about our interests and projects. We are happy to take you on our daily dog walks to the beach. We have a bicycle available. We regularly drive to towns in the area, and like to go to the gym. We're happy to give you a ride.

There's a table in the studio you can use to work. We have internet available but it's not great. We are working on a solution. 5G works perfectly here.
