Our hotel is located in the booming beach of Troncones, a property ocean front that is being remodel and transformed to an Apart- Hotel (other might also call it studios/villas/ suites etc), bungalows and Hostel bedrooms. This is a long term proyect that we work by sections. On the last 2.5 years we have improved the hotel with the wonderfull help of , workers and voulunteers, ALL amazing human beings!
During this next phase we have started and will continue to devolope other spaces such as;
* Skate Park - Market (cultural activities)
* Gym
* Turtle Sanctuary
* Beach club
* Carpentry
* Social media / Community Manager
* Photography
* Web design
* Events
* Recycling project
We need some help to make it shine!
Troncones for those how would like to know a little more about the town is; known for surf, yoga, pet friendly and GLORIOUS sunsets.
We have a peaceful and welcoming vibe, with a lot of energy to get things acomplished..

We offer in exchange for the valuable time and help
- A meal per day at the restaurant and 1 grocery a week
- Some beers on the weekend once in a while heheh
This is a surf town, being in front of the ocean you will have plenty of time to enjoy the beach, the pool and practice your Spanish as well. Meet the locals, Mexicans travelers, retired people and foreigners that just simply come for the awesome waves and chill vibes!
This is a chill out place, where peace and mind may do actually come together. We would say you have time to be 1:1 and meet Your YOU. Are you really raeady to get to know you?

So this place is booming and on the rise.. While we are finishing the remodeling we are providing lodgment. So we for sure need help, guest are loving the project and we are short on hand.
We have different areas where we can use different type of skills and help with some basics such as:

- Cleaning rooms (We have our beautiful house keepers) however balconies tend to get dusty and sometimes high demands over passes us
- Laundry
- Cleaning the pool sometimes
- Sweeping the beach / beach club

- Gardening
- Social media / Community manager
- Photography
- Web design

- Dancer with fire or other type of show/ talents to promote our recreational area
.. etc. etc etc the list may continue hahah .. So tell us what are your top 3/5 major skills and we will see if we are in that moment were its fits just like a Cinderella shoe :)

Basically we are a team of 6 (hotel staff) and we work as a team to provide guest comfortable stay :).

We change accommodation according the hotels occupancy
We provide Shared or private Lodgment ocean front, with king size bedding or single size
- we offer a 1 employees meal per work day
- A grocery for basic breakfast can be provided :)
All in exchange for your hard work and valuable time (Expected a min of 5 hours a day 5 days a week) .
