Descripción
We are a family of 4 living in the little town of Nozawa Onsen. We have been living in town for over 14 years with our 2 kids aged 5 and 7 years. We are looking for some workaways which can help us for this upcoming winter season. We run an accommodation business. If you love hosting people, experiencing Japanese culture and want to ski in one of the best Powder Snow then contact us now for further details.
Especially looking for these positions in the winter month starting December 2024 until March 2025.
Baristas, Pizzaiolos, Baker, Patissier, Cleaners and Allrounders which can help us to welcome our Ski-guests during the winter month.
You will be paid an hourly wage for all your hours put in. Staff accommodation is provided but you are cooking your own food. We will have dinner sometimes together. Please get in touch for further details on it all.

We can offer a great cultural experience in this little village and how it feels to life in a small Japanese country town. We have lots of contact with locals and are more than happy to integrate you into our daily life. And of course we can introduce you into the daily local Onsen (bath) routine. When you are working for our hospitality business we will be paying an hourly wage.

We are looking at people with hospitality experience to work and help us in winter from December until March. We need people in customer care, baristas, shovelers, drivers and Pizzaiolo, Baker.

You will have your own spacious room with cooking ability. All our rooms are nice and bright and you will have your own space. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared. High speed internet. Great to kick back and have some chillax time. We have travelled a lot too and we know how nice it can be to have a little home away from home every now and then...

We have lots to offer around the area. Mountain biking, hiking, stand up paddling, canoeing, swimming in lakes are only a few activities you can do in the area. We are more than happy to show you around and show you everything.

We have high speed internet and you will have your own work space. Also we usually only do work in the morning for 4 hours and you will have your afternoon off to work on your own project. Saturday and Sunday are always off too and we. are very flexible with hours in general.
