  My vision of motherhood is that if I want to offer my children the best version of myself, I must be well rested and resourced, take time for myself and ask for help. I am currently at home with two children, ages 7 and 3.

  I speak English and French fluently and can provide a unique window into my children’s development at this stage of their life. The place we live in is also geographically a great place to stay if you want to explore Quebec City.
  
  I am here to guide those who are on the path to creating a life in which they are the best version of themselves.
  
  I did lots of sports when I was younger and I was completely immersed in my work as a real estate agent before having children. Then I flipped my world upside down as I started on my healing journey. My old life slowly came apart and things unfolded beautifully.
  
  These days, I am interested in conscious parenting, child development, relationships, yoga and spirituality, psychology and personal growth.
  
  I enjoy deep conversations. I have always loved reading and writing. I feel at my best and most inspired when I am outside, in nature. I love to learn.
  
  I am an intense and passionate person, I like to get to the bottom of things. I have lived a good part of my life devoid of emotions, focused on performance, perfectionism and productivity. Now I am mostly about openness, vulnerability and full permission for all emotions and the entire spectrum of human experiences.
  
  Less doing, more being, more creativity, more alignment and more fun, married, at home with two kids.

  I need general help around the house and with the kids. In the context of homeschooling, I am definitely open to them receiving teachings of any particular skill/talent/language that a person can provide.
  
  If I had it all my way, I would need help with all of the following:
  - Cooking and preparing food
  - Doing the dishes
  - Picking up toys, etc.
  - Organizing the house
  - House cleaning (approx. 4h/week)
  - Folding laundry + putting it away (approx. 2h/week)
  - Doing laundry
  - Preparing (printing, cutting out, gathering) material for homeschooling activities
  - Packing lunches for homeschooling activities outside of the home if need be
  - Running errands (mostly material for homeschooling activities)
  
  I am super excited and happy to discuss if any of these tasks make you uncomfortable, if you want to add or remove anything or if there is anything you need, in order to give me what I need.
  
  I would love to work as a team in order to create a life that is more spacious so that I can give from a place of overflow.
  
  Another option, if you love children and/or are truly passionate about child development is that you could spend most of your time caring for the kids and doing all sorts of creative and learning projects with them. This way, you will be able to transmit little pieces of yourself to them. I believe the more loving and trusting adults they have in their lives, the better. This will require more steps so that we can build trust and be clear that are values are aligned.
