My wife Angela & I live on a beautiful rural 3 acre lifestyle block with extensive gardens and a small orchard only 10 minutes from Warkworth and less than an hour from downtown Auckland city. This makes having your own transport essential to get here and to enjoy the area. The Warkworth & Matakana area has many outstanding places to visit, including outstanding beaches as well as great vineyards, breweries, bushwalks and kayaking.
We are offering a beautiful, brand new, self contained minihouse on our property as accommodation which is private and has stunning views. We always have wonderful comments about our delicious meals and stimulating conversations as we are both well travelled. -

I am French Canadian, originally from Montreal but have lived in New Zealand for over 30 years and am fully immersed in the New Zealand culture. My wife Angela is from London, UK and has lived in New Zealand for nearly 20 years. We have both travelled extensively and have lived in many places overseas. We love sharing our experiences and love to hear of others' experiences and culture. I am a wine lecturer who loves to share my passion for wines, particularly those from New Zealand.

Primarily help will be in the garden and small orchard with weeding, clearing, planting trees, and so forth, which may included some lifting and use of garden power tools. Some of the help will be done as a team but some of the time you will be left to work on your own.

Alojamiento
Separate, private, self-conatined, one bedroom (queen bed) minihouse with beautiful bathroom and full kitchen facilities as well as a lounge with internet access and tv (Netflix). Breakfast food will be provided at the mini-house while lunch and dinner will be served some times at the main house. The mini-house will be immaculate condition on arrival and it is expected to be kept and left the same on departure.

Sadly, there is no public transport to the property so it is essential to have your own transport to get to and from the property as well as to explore the area.
