Descripción
Hello friends ! I m Shankar, Director and surf instructor at a surf school located at serenity beach near Auroville and Pondicherry . We are running the surf school since 2016 , we teach surfing for groups or may be individual person(private) we also do surf board rental. Our goal is to promote the surf school.
The Surf school is still under construction but we are fully equipped to teach surfing !
This projects in the surf school includes free stay and free break fast. We prefer short /long term volunteers .
Volunteers, mostly European or any other countries.
opportunities - Helping during surf lesson ,general Maintenance at the surf school , building surf school like Painting ,artwork ,any type of work to develop the surf school. But Mostly being at the surf school and taking care of the place when Shankar is giving surf lessons.

We are close to the beach and also very near to Auroville/pondicherry , with almost everything few kilometres distance. You could interact with the village folks just a regular frequent interaction we have with the village people.the beach is very calm and clean to go for a swim,learning the local culture and simply living the beach life.sea,sun,sand!

You will be sleeping on a mattress in our lounge room, and there are plenty of clean sheets, blankets, and towels available in our surf school also tent. You can choose one of them.

Cons- without food gas cooker for 5 days, without water for 1 day, altered length of stay after arrival, and sharing a room amongst the host and his partner may be a little uncomfortable.

We stayed for 2 weeks at second floor of the school, sleeping right in front of the ocean. They are now finishing the last details of the place, and for sure it is going to be even better than it is already. We spent time enough to build a nice friendship with them, two chilled out… read more
