  Hello, I have just acquired a house that requires some eco-insulation and the creation of a wood stove. I would like to insulate with bio-sourced materials. I also have a room under the house in which I would like to set up a performance hall or cinema to accommodate residents free of charge; I am in a disaster area because all the factories have closed.
  
  There are many collectives and mutual aid in the area. It is also a very beautiful region but not at all touristy. The Ardèche is nearby, there is a train that crosses the Gard region and you can visit all of Occitanie by train. I have worked in humanitarian aid all my life and have traveled a lot. A very large and very cozy room awaits you. I love to cook, but if you want to cook alone, no problem. I am very flexible in terms of character. I read a lot. I am naturally solitary but I also know how to adapt to others.

  Bonjour, je viens d'acquérir une maison qui nécessite des travaux d'isolation et d'installer un poele à bois.
  Je souhaite isoler avec des matériaux biosourcés. Je possède aussi un local sous la maison dans lequel j'aimerais y installer une salle de spectacle ou cinéma afin d'accueillir gratuitement les habitants; Je suis dans une zone sinistrée car toutes les usines ont fermées. Il y a bcp de collectifs et d'entraide dans le coin. C'est aussi une région très belle mais du tout touristiques. l'Ardèche est à coté il y a un train qui traverse la région du Gard et vous pouvez visiter toute l'Occitanie en train. J'ai travaillé dans l'humanitaire toute ma vie j'ai beaucoup voyagé. Une très grande chambre vous attends très cosy. J'adore cuisiner mais si vous souhaitez faire votre cuisine seule aucun problème. Je suis très souple en terme de caractère. Je lis beaucoup. Je suis d'un naturelle solitaire mais je sais aussi m'adapter aux autres.
