    I support a local environmentalist not for profit Non-Government Organization(NGO) as Site Coordinator on one the most important birds of prey migration monitoring stations in the world ( recording more than a million raptors every year). I require a person volunteer to serve as hawkcounter also to assist me on all program related duties on and off the field.
    We are located at a municipal nature reserve in Panama City. Though this a citizen science project, the data collected will be used by scientist to make further analysis about the status of the bird of prey population;
    You'll be the assistant for the program coordinator hence volunteers will have to fit the following profile:

    - Age ( 20- 45 years old)
    - Highly motivated
    - Flexible
    - Energetic
    - Well-organized

    Also volunteers must able to spend several hours on the field under variable weather conditions and willing to do some environmental education explaining the work we do, to foreign and local visitors to the site (e.g Tourists, School and college students).
    I require volunteers to stay at least 4 days, but if you consider that you can help us for a longer tenure
    it will be kindly appreciated.
