My family has owned this fortress for over 1,000 years . My partner Romane and I live in the castle throughout the year.
I am the father of two girls, both live in Paris. Please do not call me if you can't eat any food from burgundy (like meat) and if you smoke.
Ma famille possède cette forteresse depuis plus de 1.000 ans. Romane et moi vivons dans ce château toute l'année.
Je suis le père de deux filles qui vivent à Paris. Ne pas répondre à cette annonce si vous ne pouvez pas manger de la viande ou de la nourriture bourguignonne, et si vous fumez.

Located in the middle of Burgundy in the heart of the forest of the Morvan ( very quiet) .
The castle is open to the public but it needs help for DIY including paintings of windows and railings. There are many other opportunities to work indoors or outdoors for example help gardeners. The help is mostly : cleaning, tidying and cooking.
Le château est situé au milieu de la Bourgogne au coeur de la forêt du Morvan (très calme).
Le château est ouvert au public mais il a besoin d'aide pour le bricolage notamment des peintures de fenêtres et de rambardes. Il y a beaucoup d'autres possibilités de travail en intérieur ou extérieur par exemple aider les jardiniers. Il s'agit surtout de nettoyage, de rangement et de cuisine à préparer.

i stayed for 15 days. it was a special experience. the chateau was marvelous(kind of like living in a museum) but i would recommend it for mainly couples who stay together, since it might get a bit scary(at least for me) and lonely at times. overall this was a memorable stay and i enjoyed it:)
