  Looking for someone to start ASAP (and also open to hearing from people with a later starting date).
  Please only write if you can stay 4+ months.
  
  We are a family of 5 with three young kids aged 5, 3 and 2. We love swimming in the local beaches, rivers, waterfalls and spend lots of time in our pool. We love our family dinners and sharing our daily highlights. We love sitting on our balcony and watching the wild sunset bird shows. We love going kayaking, canoeing and surfing. We love going hiking, camping and listening to live music. We love spending time at home doing arts and crafts, reading books and drinking hot chocolates. We love yoga, meditation, healthy + delicious food, exercising and enjoying a glass of wine every now and then :)

  Spending time with kids is an amazing way to learn English! Our kids are really interested in different languages, other cultures and new music. Hanging out with them and practicing your English through play and the non judgement of kids, makes learning fun and easeful.
  You are also welcome to join our family life in any way that you like. You are always invited and we also totally respect you living your own life and doing your own thing. We are grateful for your help and here to support you.
  
  Our kids go to a Steiner school and so we live a Waldorf inspired lifestyle. We try to keep our days and weeks rhythmic and routine-oriented. We love being connected to nature. Very limited screen time. And with a very holistic approach to raising children.

  FEMALE ONLY
  HOUSE: Keeping house organised and tidy. Putting toys and clutter away. Keeping the kitchen clean. Laundry: daily washing of clothes and putting all clothes away. Vacuuming. Other bits and pieces involved in helping with the load of running a household with 3 kids.
  Note: We have a cleaner for all the deep cleaning of bathrooms etc.
  CHILD CARE: Playing with kids. Taking them on outtings. Being with them at home. Being creative. Being active. Helping kids on the toilet.
  
  Day to day needs change depending on if my husband is travelling for work or home.

  Your downstairs section of the house has a seperate entrance. You have your own bathroom. Spacious bedroom. Our rooms are all upstairs. We have a swimming pool and outdoor gym that you are welcome to use.

  We live in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. Views of the tree tops, mountains and ocean. We are 20 minutes from Byron Bay, a short walk to the beach. Next to the best surfing spots. The Northern Rivers is a magical area with so much nature everywhere and so many locals and travellers super keen to make friends.
  
  Our car is available for you to borrow if you have a drivers license but if you have an accident there is a $1000 insurance payment required.
  
  PACKAGE: $250 per week
  Accommodation in our beautiful and private home. Internet. Delicious and healthy food, all meals covered. Share car and petrol.
  We have a list of tasks that need to be achieved everyday and so the hours per week depends on each persons speed in working. Approximately 35 hours per week.
  
  IDEALLY: Would love someone to stay for 6+ months
  
  IMPORTANT: We need someone who has experience working with children and managing challenging behaviour. Someone who understands that kids are kids and that their behaviour is not personal. Someone who is playful and has the energy to shift the kids moods from frustration into a game of hide and seek or chasey. Sounds easy :) But we have had many people who are triggered when the kids aren't 'well behaved' which spirals the kids into more frustration.
  OR at least someone who is open to learning how to show up to kids in this way.
