A bit about us:
This is a queer women owned and run business, we have been living in Nicaragua for roughly 9 years and over that time we continue to focus on working in cohesion and harmony with Nicaragua, the local community nearby, and the nature which surrounds us. Although we are mainly known for our electronic music events, the business is run in a balanced manner with regular/chill hostel activities run on the nights outside the Friday. Guests are required to stay the 3 night minimum of Thursday, Friday and Saturday- which means we create this little micro community for the week where we move through the motions of the week together.
We are physically located 250m up the side of Mombacho Volcano, roughly 25 minutes from Granada, Nicaragua. The venue is tucked away in the trees of a dense Nicaraguan cloud forest, which means there is a bit of a hike up, and we are exposed to nature. The venue is a eco style hostel, with long drop toilets and outdoor showers. The strucures are predominantly wooden which make up a variety of bars, stages, platforms, and a 80m suspension bridge over the jungle canopy.

We had the most incredible experience here and actually ended up extending our stay. It felt like a lovely family in the jungle and hope our paths cross again one day.

I had a great time with Oscar, John, Siona and the other volunteers. Work is quite busy sometimes but still, they want you to enjoy your time and thats definitely possible at this place. I couldn't ask for a better place for volunteering that this absolutely amazing hostel. Jon and other staff were super welcoming and made me feel like at home. Every single moment here was beautiful and full of joy. Definitely best place to stay and volunteer in Granada area!

Lottie was a really hardworking volunteer who was happy whether we needed her in the kitchen, cooking and serving or when she was thrown behind a busy bar. She's really easy to get along with, has a great sense of humor and can reach stuff on the top shelf for you.

Nat was one of those volunteers who was always working. She did a brilliant job whatever we threw at her, she impressed in the kitchen and the bar and ALWAYS made sure everything was clean and people were happy. She was fun, attentive, hardworking and we'd definitely recommend her.

I absolutely loved the place, the people and my time spent there!
John is super fun and sweet, as well as other people who were in charge at the time. This is really a beautiful and unique spot, up in the mountain, overlooking the jungle. Lovely scenery to get up to after the fun night out!

Kyle came here for 4 weeks and worked really hard at almost every project we had! He was pretty much our bartender, electrician, builder, painter, cleaner and anything else that needed done! He's really easy to get on with and will do well at anything you throw at him! :)

I came here to volunteer for one week and four months later I still haven't left. The owners are great, the work is fun and the parties are amazing. It's also a beautiful place with so much to see despite being so close to Granada.
