  1. Communicative Barista in the Coffee Bus: (Mai - September)
  We are looking for a communicative and experienced barista (m/f/d) for our cool VW Bulli "Coffee and Waves"
  Are you communicative, can you chat easily with guests and are you a calm person?
  You have experience as a barista and want to organize yourself in your daily work area?
  Do you love coffee and have a knack for latte art?

  You work where others spend their holidays and you are on the beach and in the sea every day, here you have the opportunity to surf or sail yourself every day with others. When dealing with the guests you can speak German. You learn to approach people and get a very good insight into the work with family‘s and youth‘s.

  Surf Instructor:
  Teach surf lessons for kids and adults in small groups. You guide warm-ups, water safety briefings, and step-by-step practice in the ocean. You adapt coaching to different levels, motivate students, and ensure a safe, fun experience. You also help with equipment setup (wetsuits/boards) and keep the beach area organized.
  
  Sailing Instructor:
  Deliver practical sailing lessons for beginners and intermediate students. You teach boat handling, basic theory, and safety on the water, adapting sessions to wind and conditions. You coach individuals and groups with clear communication on board. You also support rigging and equipment care, and operate the safety boat (valid motorboat license required).
  
  Barista (Coffee & Waves Bus):
  Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks by hand using a manual "La Marzocco-Linea Mini"espresso machine . You must be confident in dial-in, extraction, milk texturing, and consistent latte art. You serve guests with a friendly, beach-community vibe, handle ordering and payments, and keep the station clean and organized. You also prepare and serve small snacks, follow food hygiene standards, and support smooth daily setup and closing.

  You are accommodated in a large caravan with other surf instructors on the campsite just 100 meters from the sea. The campsite has all sanitary facilities to northern European standard.

  If you like to stay outside and like to be active, our North Sea island could give you just the right thing. The weather here is usually a bit rough and it rains now and then but after the rain, the sun comes. The people are warm and our team like a family. For surfers, kiters, windsurfers and sailors Sylt is a paradise. Your focus should also be clearly in the closeness to nature and the proximity to surfing if you want to maximum enjoy the time here.
