*Ideallly looking for mid January until mid March*
Very friendly Canadian family, welcoming you to come and stay with us. Mother is a busy surgeon, father a director. Our house is very open minded and loves welcoming different cultures. A nice room and healthy meals will be provided in return for help around the house, both inside and out. There is already a full-time nanny who is the main caregiver for a 13-year-old boy and 8-year-old girl, but some assist may be needed with driving or playing with kids.
French is an asset, as the 8 year old girl is in a primarily French school.
Beautiful, spacious house is within walking distance of Lonsdale Avenue and the shops of North Vancouver.
We have a strict No Smoking policy! Minimum stay one month.

Mother is Greek, father is British, Nanny is Filipino, children are a mix of all three...haha.
Vancouver and North Vancouver in particular are extremely culturally diverse and we usually host more than one workawayer - it never gets boring.

Help is needed inside and outside the house, which includes cooking and preparing meals, maintaining the house, walking the dogs, gardening and occasionally taking the kids to or from school or to after school activities.

Spacious bedrooms available with king or queen sized, comfortable bed and shared bathroom in an extra basement suite, which offers more privacy as well.

The house is close to public transportation – the 240 Bus goes straight to downtown Vancouver, there’s also connections to the Sea Bus. It takes about 45 minutes to the City Centre. We do have a second car that can be used occasionally.
We’re close to the mountains and lots of hiking trails along the North Shore and about 1.5 hours from Whistler.
