We are 2 Frenchies, living in Nicaragua since 2016. We've been traveling for a long time before that and really fell in love with our place :)
We are living in a very peaceful and nature surrounded place. We love tranquility, good food, good wine and nice talks :)
We are food, nature and music lovers. What we created is an intimate space where most of the time, you will become very close to our guests. We are always trying to know as much as possible from our guests and make their stay a unique experience.
The Casa is our baby and anyone joining will become part of the family!

We are living in a very small and beautiful community. Our staff is 100% Nica, they are lovely people and you could immerse yourself in their culture. If you want to learn or practice spanish, up to you! We are 2 trilingual frenchies, we've been traveling for a long time and we're deeply involved in this project, wich is already working very well. We could show you how to manage a place like this concerning all the areas of the project.
At last, if you love to meet people, that you love the contact of human beeings, the most important cultural exchange of our place is that. Our place is small and intimate and it is very important to us to share a unique experience with our guest. This is how we are not an hotel but a real guesthouse. Sometimes it is hard for us to let people leave :)
Ayuda
We are looking for volunteers above 25 y/o to help develop our business and bring it to the next level. The main competences we're looking for are the following:
- Creative people (architects, designers, etc.) to help us create new rooms for the hotel and improve the existing ones
- Web marketing (SEO, strategies, etc.)
- Content creation (blog posts, photos, videos, flyers, etc.)
- Yoga teaching and help in organizing retreats
As we are looking for very specific profiles, please write us only if you have those competences, and take the time to explain how you could help us. Also please provide us with your available dates. As we receive quite a lot of requests, we'll only answer the ones that fit our needs. We appreciate your understanding :)
It's important to know that we can be very welcoming and generous, but in return we expect our volunteers to be professional and proactive, get independent fast and take initiatives.

We will provide volunteers with a private room, in a private house in the neighborhood. You will have a private or shared bathroom.

The area we lived in is very green and beautyfull, but you also have small cities and villages at 20-30 minutes max.
There is plenty of activities to do around as Kayak, stand up paddle, snorkeling, Spanish school, volcano hiking, tourism...
We have been working with volunteers from the beginning of the project, and it has always been a very interesting experience, for everyone :)

I was mainly helping in the restaurant/bar, taking orders and making sure guests were happy. I also helped with check-ins as well as any other small tasks which needed doing.
