  Hello, we are Ashwin and Tanisha, partners in life and in this dream we are building together. What began as a personal choice of living close to nature and nurturing Mother Earth, has slowly transformed into a meaningful cause for us.
  
  Over the last few years we have turned a heavily abused peice of land into something beautiful. And all of this was done through organic processes. This year, we are opening the space that we call home to all the people who want to experience a slow and meaningful life and are connected to their surrounding. We are building a wildlife conservation cafe and our vision is to make this a community place to host like minded people, educate wildlife and nature enthusiasts and do community development activities.
  
  If you are someone who loves nature, wilderness and simple lifestyle; then this is the place where you will truly feel immense happiness. Life here is very simple, you won't be waking up to light or noise pollution. You will be greeted by birds and can watch the consellation, that's how the place is.
  
  When it comes to volunteering, we are looking for like minded people who are up for getting their hands dirty in farm work, wood work, construction and would also love to support our cafe.

  You’ll interact with our team, local staff, neighbors, and visitors who come to the café. This gives you a real experience of village life in Goa, including local food, markets, simple routines, and a slower pace compared to tourist areas.
  
  We love history and culture, so conversations often shift to stories about India, along with Goa’s unique past. If you’re curious, you’ll probably learn a lot just by being around.
  
  We’re also happy to share everyday activities like cooking Indian meals, understanding local customs, caring for the land, and running a small café in a forest setting. At the same time, we enjoy learning from volunteers too. People bring their own skills, cultures, recipes, music, and perspectives, making the experience interesting for everyone.

  Life here is super fun and we bet you will never be bored.
  
  Most help falls into a few areas:
  
  Farming & Land Care: This part focuses on us preparing the land, weeding, planting, watering, preparing compost and supporting the growth of the plants.
  
  Building & DIY Projects: We keep doing small construction and DIY improvement projects.
  
  Creative Contributions : We love it when you bring your creativity to the table along with the hard skills. You can support us in photography, videography, stone work, mural etc.

  If you are someone who has interest in learning landuages, we are happy to teach you - English, Hindi, Tulu, Odia and Kannada.

  Alojamiento

  Volunteers stay in a traditional Mangalorean-style house on the farm. Up to four volunteers can stay here at a time, each with their own bed. There is a shared living area with a cozy setup where people relax, read, chat, or hang out after work.
  
  The room has a bathroom with an Indian-style toilet. All basic facilities are available.
  
  Outside, there is plenty of open space to walk around, stretch, sit outdoors, or enjoy the greenery. It’s a peaceful environment, very different from city life.
  
  We provide healthy vegetarian meals, mostly simple home-style food. When our cook is unavailable, we may cook together or prepare easy meals. You’re also welcome to use the kitchen for basic tasks.

  Mondays are a holiday, so you can choose to relax or explore the region.
  
  If you want to move around, the best option would be to rent a scooter or a bike, as there isn’t much public transportation available in this region of Goa. We can help you find a place to rent one from.
  
  There are many activities you can do in your free time, such as forest walks, treks, waterfalls, villages, and quiet beaches.

  Digital nomads are welcome, as long as work commitments don’t interfere with agreed volunteering hours. Wi-Fi is available on the property and generally works well for tasks like emails, calls, and light online work.
