Nadège and Herve we excellent workawayers. They completed their task without the need for much instruction. They also helped with French speaking problems I had and they were good company at the dinner table.

Alain travelled alone and was an excellent workawayer. He loved hard work and really got on with the tasks he was asked to do, right up until his final morning he was still out with the chainsaw. Alain was also easy to please food wise and ate everything he was given. Overall a rewarding experience as he also helped us with our French. Thank you

For such a young lady Kyla was very knowledgeable about a few things and in her time here designed us a website, helped me clear a viewing point so we could put a picnic table up there and several other smaller jobs. She was a pleasure to have around and very easy to get on with.

We had a great time with Ritchie and Karen. We stayed in their Apartment Accomodation which we had to ourselves. This contained many bathrooms, one of which we used, but also had its own kitchen where we could prepare our breakfasts. All other meals, including the cheese sessions, were shared in their space. The deck building was a massive task to take on, but once we had started, we wanted to see it through to completion, so by agreement, we worked a few extra hours. These wonderful hosts also took us into the village to help get our car repaired, and another village for an afternoon beer, as well as Ritchie and Mike having a game of golf.
Overall, we had a great experience here, and if you like working outdoors Automomously you will love this Workaway.

Without doubt our best Workaway experience by far. Mike and Kara were polite, hardworking and thoughtful in their approach. They worked tirelessly on our deck to get it completed before they moved on, we wish them all the best on their future travel plans and would welcome them back anytime.

Our experience with Jemima and her brother Jothan was excellent they spent 10 days helping us on our estate, nothing was to much trouble and they were both hardworking and a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend them and wish them well in their future careers
