  🌿 Join Our Family & Community in Southern Crete! 🌞
  
  We’re looking for motivated, responsible, and mindful individuals who resonate with community living. Help with household tasks, care for our 1.5-year-old daughter Ananda, and occasionally look after our small poodle Frida. In return, enjoy free accommodation, meals, and the opportunity to experience Crete’s stunning nature and culture.
  
  📅 Stay: (1-)3 months minimum for support (depending on role)
  ⏰ Hours: 5 hours/day, Weekends off
  👫 Who: 1-2 people (couples welcome)
  if you are a family and want to join our community project there is a minimum of 1 months stay 🌙 as we want to create real and long-lasting connections!

  We also own a specialty coffee shop in a nearby town where you can get to know the local community. There is also so much to explore in the breathtaking nature from biking to hiking. Crete is also famous for their cultural heritage and the nearby Minoan side of Festos is something you can explore. We are aiming to build our own community around us, so you are more than welcome to engage in the building process and learn from us about the importance of community. Our community project and the outlook is to create a community life including shared childcare, conscious mindful activities, permaculture and much more.

  1. Childcare Role (Min. Stay: 2-3 Months)
  We’re seeking someone who truly enjoys being *present with children, creating meaningful and engaging experiences.

  ✨ Love for family life– integrating into our rhythm
  ✨ A natural guide, not "just" a play buddy
  ✨ Confidence in handling all emotional states – offering full presence
  ✨ Seeing children as equals – respectful, eye-level interaction
  ✨ Encouraging their unique personality – nurturing their individuality
  ✨ Prioritizing adventure & creativity – thinking outside the box
  ✨ Ability to engage for 2-4 hours continuously
  ✨ Learning through nature & play – fostering curiosity

  2. Nourishment Role (Min. Stay: 1 Month)
  Ideal for someone who loves cooking and creating nourishing meals while contributing to a harmonious household.

  ✨ Grocery shopping (e.g., weekly market visits)
  ✨ Planning ahead & meal preparation

  Alojamiento

  Our offered accommodation is sleeping and living in a luxurious glamping tent including outside facilities (toilet, shower and kitchen) and in our newly build home with AC in your own room and own bathroom. All meals will be shared as a family and/or provided for you! Accommodation is always on our own plot, and all family activities will take place in either our tiny house or later on in our large family and community home.
