  We are a Swiss couple (aged 67 and 59). We have been living here in the Limatambo Valley—80 km from Cusco at an altitude of 2,700 meters—for six years. The climate is mild and semi-tropical. We live on a 2,000 m² property with six dogs, five cats, ducks, chickens, and a beehive. We also grow avocados, oranges, bananas, and other tropical fruits.
  
  We are looking for help with animal care and watering or tending to the plants. Ideally, we are seeking a Swiss couple over the age of 40 who would like to take an extended break and experience a new culture here in the Peruvian mountains. An ideal stay would be two months or longer.
  
  Wir sind ein Schweizer Ehepaar (67 und 59). Wir leben seit 6 Jahren hier im Limatambo Tal, 80km von Cusco entfernt, auf 2700m Höhe. Das Klima ist halbtropisch mild. Wir leben hier auf einem 2000 m2 grossen Stück Land mit 6 Hunden, 5 Katzen, Enten, Hühnern und einem Bienenstock. Dazu haben wir Avocados, Orangen, Bananen und andere tropische Früchte.
  
  Wir suchen Mithilfe bei der Tierbetreuung und Pflanzenbewässerung/-Pflege. Ideal für uns wäre ein Schweizer Ehepaar >40 Jahre, welches sich eine grössere Auszeit gönnen und hier in der peruanischen Bergwelt eine neue Kultur kennenlernen möchte. Ideal wäre ein Aufenthalt von 2 Monaten und länger.
  
  Das Ziel ist eine gegenseitige Stellvertretung, sodass grössere Ausflüge oder Reisen möglich wären.

  We live in a predominantly indigenous area. We have a good relationship with our neighbors. Travelers can gain insight into indigenous culture, build friendships, practice Spanish, or learn Quechua here.
  We are happy to facilitate contact with locals.
  
  Wir leben hier in einer sehr indigenen Gegend. Wir haben guten Kontakt zu den Nachbarn. Travellers können hier Einblick in die indigene Kultur erhalten, Freundschaften aufbauen, Spanisch praktizieren oder Quetschua lernen.

  Ayuda

  The six dogs are fed twice a day, alternating between home-cooked meals and dog biscuits. We also give them treats in between. Four of the dogs love going for walks and are happy to be taken out for a stroll.
  
  The cats receive canned food or fried fish twice daily, with pouches and dry food given in between.
  
  During the dry season, from March to October, the plants need to be watered approximately twice a week.
  
  Die 6 Hunde erhalten zweimal pro Tag Essen, wobei wir abwechseln zwischen selbstgekochtem Essen und Hundebisquits. Zwischendurch verteilen wir Goodies. 4 der Hunde lieben Spaziergänge und freuen sich, wenn man mit ihnen einen Rundgang macht.
  
  Die Katzen erhalten 2 x täglich Dosenfutter oder gebratenen Fisch. Zwischendurch gibt es Beutelnahrung und Trockenfutter.
  
  In der Trockenzeit, von März bis Oktober müssen die Pflanzen ca. 2 x wöchentlich bewässert werden.

  A separate small house with a shower and toilet is available for use.
  
  We have our meals together three times a day. We mostly cook using local products and specialties. Of course, travelers are welcome to use the kitchen and share their own specialties with us.
  
  We prioritize high-quality products when shopping. We source our supplies from local markets or in Cusco.
  
  Es steht ein eigenes Häuschen mit Dusche und WC zu Verfügung.
  
  Wir essen 3x pro Tag gemeinsam. Wir kochen meistens mit lokalen Produkten und lokale Spezialitäten. Natürlich dürfen Travellers die Küche benutzen und uns gerne ihre eigenen Spezialitäten vorstellen.
  
  Wir achten beim Einkauf auf qualitativ hochwertige Produkte. Der Einkauf erfolgt in lokalen Märkten oder in Cusco.

  We can provide a car for the entire duration, allowing travelers to remain independent and explore on their own. Local attractions include Cusco (ruins and the Old Town), Laguna Humantay, the condor viewpoint at Chonta, the Apurímac Valley, various local markets, festivals featuring folklore and food, and many beautiful landscapes.
  
  Wir können für die gesamte Dauer ein Auto zur Verfügung stellen, wodurch die Travellers unabhängig sind und selbständig Entdeckungen machen können. Sehenswürdigkeiten hier sind Cusco ( Ruinen und Altstadt), Laguna Humantay, Kondor Aussichtspunkt in Chonta, Apurimac Tal, diverse lokale Märkte, Festivals mit Folklore und Essen, und viele schöne Landschaften.
