  I am originary from Rome but I am based in Cetraro (southern Italy, Calabria region). In Cetraro I started few months ago a biological farm at my property on a hill in front of the sea and with a wonderful view on it, where my parents also help me. I have olive trees, some fruit trees and I grow vegetables. There is also a forest close to my house going down till the bed of a small river flowing by, that is very nice to walk through and to see the old and big trees in it. In our land when it's period there are the best mushrooms :)
  Now at the end of October / first half of November there is to collect the olives and make extra-virgin olive oil harvesting :) And just started to show up the first mushrooms!
  I would be happy to have a cultural exchange with somebody who would like to learn something about bio agriculture, cooking, wood and Italian food (also baking pizza and bread in my oven).
  Workawayers would not be helping with the tasks of the farm nor will be helping with any renovation tasks.
  I would love also a language exchange: I would like to learn a little of your language and I can teach you Italian, German or English (I lived in Germany for 8 years), at your choice.
  The nature at my place here in southern Italy is very nice: in front of the sea with a beautiful view and 10 minutes far from the beach. I can drive you by car or motorbike or I can provide to you a bicycle (also electric bicycle) to reach the village or the beach.
  When I stay at my house in Rome, which is located in a central and very popular neighborhood well connected even by public transport, you could help me in my garden and in the kitchen and you can visit the city, with me or on your own :)
  My parents are very sociable and they live either in the house in Calabria or the house in Rome or the house in Sardinia, and for sure they will invite you to visit them in all of these places XD
  It could happen that you will be alone for few hours with a girlfriend of mine who visits us often , so I actually prefer having a girl over.

  Intercambio cultural y oportunidades de aprendizaje

  The cultural exchange can take place in each part of the day: during the meals, where often friends come over and they speak Italian, or while we do something together, either some gardening or a walk on the beach or a bicycle tour together, eventually even with my father or friends. I am curious to learn your culture, lifestyle and the habits and traditions of your country.

  Ayuda

  I would like if you could help me cooking and picking some vegetables from the garden.
  We could even prune some trees together and if you like it we can also plant some new plants.
  You could help me to learn your language and I can help you with Italian or with some English and German if you are keen :)
  When in Rome, I would be very happy if you could help me cooking.
  Workawayers will not be helping with any renovation tasks.

  I love languages and I would be happy to teach you Italian and to improve my knowledge of your language or to learn just the basics!

  Alojamiento

  Depending on the period I can provide either a room and bathroom only for you or an entire apartment for you.
  I eat and cook everything but especially Italian food. If you are vegetarian it is no problem at all, I eat a lot of vegetables and many are from my garden. I eat also fish that I buy directly from the fishermen and also meat but not so often.
  We can make the barbecue and in my property is also a forest, so I have a lot of good firewood, also from olive trees that I pruned.
  
  I will be happy to offer you 3 meals per day (if you are vegetarian or vegan is also fine). We will eat together, if you like it.

  Algo más...

  You can visit many nice places here around, some times we could go together and visit some friends of mine or uncles/aunts. You / we can go to the beach, to a Cafè or to get an aperitivo! I can either drive you by car or you can take public transport or a bicycle (I have many, also electric).
  Sometimes my lovely neighbors will invite us for lunch or dinner, and also friends come often to lunch or dinner at our place :)
