I am a professional educator, medical doctor, and academic director running a higher education college in the UK and internationally. Having traveled to over 80 countries, I have a deep appreciation for global cultures and high-level intellectual conversations. I am now based in Istanbul, living a structured, peaceful lifestyle in a premium, secure, and modern gated residential complex away from the chaotic noise of the city center.
I am a highly organized person who values a structured daily regimen. I look to welcome independent, mature, and self-sufficient collaborators who value clear boundaries, a disciplined daily routine, and mutual respect.

Because I take immense pride in my home, exceptional personal cleanliness, high hygiene standards, and strict respect for household rules are absolute prerequisites. My apartment is meticulously and spotlessly maintained, and it is a completely smoke-free environment. -

What I am looking for:
I am seeking a mature, independent, and disciplined collaborator to assist with maintaining a premium, orderly household and preparing healthy, nutritious meals.
The schedule is highly flexible and limited to a maximum of 25 hours per week, ensuring you have two entire days completely off per week and plenty of daily personal free time to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul, study, or focus on your own digital projects.
We will cooperate in the following specific areas:
High-Standard Housekeeping: Ensuring the apartment remains in a meticulous, spotless, and pristine condition. This includes daily cleaning habits, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen maintenance, and strict adherence to organizational rules.
Healthy Meal Preparation: Cooperating on daily kitchen duties, focusing on preparing healthy, clean, and nutritious meals.
Cultural & Intellectual Exchange: Engaging in respectful, high-level evening conversations over tea or shisha, sharing global travel perspectives, and bringing a positive, calm energy to the household.
If you are a self-sufficient, highly organized traveler who takes deep pride in structure, mutual respect, and exceptional cleanliness, this is the perfect placement for you. -

Alojamiento
Accommodation & What is Provided
You will be staying in a modern, pristine apartment located in a secure, peaceful gated residential complex in Istanbul.
Your Space: You will have a clean, tidy private bedroom where you can fully relax, sleep comfortably, and enjoy your own privacy.
Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, which is perfectly suited for browsing, staying connected, or light remote work.
Meals: In exchange for 25 hours of help per week, premium accommodation is provided alongside full access to a clean, modern kitchen for shared meal preparation. We will cooperate on preparing healthy, nutritious meals, with the strict understanding that the kitchen is left completely spotless and immaculate afterward. Excellent local markets and health-focused cafes are also located nearby.
As a reminder, my home is a completely smoke-free environment indoors, and maintaining exceptional hygiene and absolute cleanliness in all shared spaces is a non-negotiable rule. -

Free Time, Local Sights & Transport
During your leisure time—including your afternoons and your two full days off—you will have plenty of time to explore both the modern and historic sides of Istanbul.
Getting Around (Transport): Our residential complex is very well-connected to Istanbul’s famous Metrobus system. The Metrobus runs on its own dedicated lanes 24 hours a day, completely bypassing traffic. It takes you directly from our local area straight into the heart of the city (like Mecidiyeköy, Taksim, or the historic Sultanahmet area) quickly and cheaply. Local mini-buses (dolmuş) and taxis are also right outside the complex gates.
In the Neighborhood: Right around the complex, you will find beautiful modern shopping malls (like Marmara Park), vast green parks, traditional Turkish cafes, excellent local restaurants, and vibrant markets where you can experience authentic daily life in Istanbul away from the overpriced tourist traps.
Day Trips: On your weekends off, you can easily take local ferries across the Bosporus to the Asian side of the city, visit the peaceful Princes' Islands, or take a short bus trip to explore beautiful nearby beach towns along the Marmara Sea coast.
There is an endless amount of history, culture, and food to discover here, and I am always happy to point you in the right direction! -

Digital Nomads & Remote Workers: You are very welcome here! I have a decent Wi-Fi connection, but please keep in mind that I also conduct professional lessons online sometime. As long as we have a mutual understanding and respect for bandwidth usage during working hours, it works out perfectly.
