I'm a social worker by profession and have been involved in civic ,government and NGO's development work.I was elected City councillor in 2007here in San Pablo City , also dubbed as the City of Seven Lakes ...a charming place surrounded by seven interconnected lakes. It is also home to several artists. The city promotes eco tourism, it is a quiet community and has very pleasant weather...the people are very friendly. I enjoy cooking and was an exchange student myself in my younger days, I stayed and studied in Bonn, West Germany and had the opportunity to work and studied as well in the U.S. The last three years Im into construction, land and housing development. its been selling well and i need assistance as far as marketing and designs are concerned. I felt the marketplace needs a themed community with a good landscape and a tropic more daring designs for the millenials or the retirees. i need someone who has an architectural or landscape design skills who can help me visualize a great tropical resort area kind of living. Ive been so fond of Asian Art and architecture and this has been reflected in my own home. And now my vision to share my design and passion for the Real Estate and development industry. Any graphic artist who can execute my design in computer is welcome. i want to c create a jovial artsy park as well where we can help promote our local artists here. The road network is done and now we started to build the houses and coming up with the clubhouse landscaping design.

The house has six bedrooms and baths and a guest house with bath also. he could stay in the guest house for 2 to 3 months. He should be able to take care of his food, although its cheap but I'm not there sometimes so he has to take care of it. She has to come and work with me to the office or help in the morning at home and in the garden, prepare his breakfast etc.
