Namaste Volunteers!!
It’s a nature camp where people stay and enjoy the nature activities like trekking, bird watching, volley ball etc. Surrounding of the Camp is full of nature. There is a water stream at 5 minutes’ walk and further its all reserve forest. There is a pear and peach orchard and a small veg garden where we grow seasonal vegetables.
During the weekdays we do activities like farming, gardening, forest exploration and sometimes we build new structure like hut, mud houses and tree house etc. . In the weekends when the guests are on board then we have to entertain them which includes their activities, food and taking care their accommodation.
We need volunteers to help us in all these activities as we don’t have any scheduled tasks but there is always something to be done. In exchange we provide free accommodation and all meals. -

There are lot of opportunities to learn including the ways organic farming, tourism management, adventure activities, birding and photography and Gardening etc. And the exchange of language and cultural activities would definitely be learning for you and us.

This Town is called Jeolikote and our camp is just 10 minutes’ walk from the Jeolikote market. Telephone exchange is the nearest Landmark. Nainital is 17kms form here and Haldwani is 22kms. Katgodam is the nearest Railway station.
