Hello Wonderful travellers, we have become empty nesters ~ our two children in their 20’s have flown the coupe! We have always enjoyed sharing our space with visitor's, exchange students etc and considered this was a lovely way to continue to host and provide visitors with fabulous kiwi hospitality. We are on a small rural lifestyle only minutes from the best beaches Tauranga has to offer. Lots of gardens, bird life and beautiful sun sets!
We do have two fur babies (Cats)… and chickens … and are surrounded by farms with lots of fabulous farm life.

We are a genuine kiwi family, and you’ll get to experience a rural life style at its best! We love food, fun, family and friends…. But are just has happy practicing yoga, crafting or reading a book!

General help on the property and around the home. Priority at present is getting large gardens sorted.
Our ethos is around flexibility - we endeavour to set a scope of jobs at the start of a stay that are matched to our workawayers capabilities.
Our expectation is the workaway commitment is met, however, self managing around how & when is important to ensure you also have the best experience exploring, seeing sunsets and enjoying great food together.

We have a large home, and you would have a very big bedroom that includes queen bed & room to relax privately. Separate bathroom is part of main house, (soley yours unless other guests are staying with us). …. We are happy to provide main meal, but would also welcome the experience of sharing in your cuisine.

We do have a spot available on the farm, but would need to be self contained van. Water is available and grey waste can be dumped at local station in Maleme Street, Greeton (approx 10 min down road)
