Descripción
We are an organic farm on the small island -Fejoe- in the South of Denmark with orchards and production of anything that can be made out of apple juice: cider, vinegar, juice, icecream etc. We are looking for 2-4 persons to assist us in harvesting and processing the fruit in the autumn and to assist with the cellar work and the orchard work in the spring and early summer. If interested, you will learn how to make real cider and other apple produce.

We collect apples manually, in every weather, every day, for 2 months.

We have a house with 3 separate bedrooms accommodating max. 5 persons, Two bathroom and a living room with a kitchen.
You will live with a person of you own gender unless you are a couple who travel together.

The island is an amazing place. Its very isolated (being an island and all) and therefore there will be a lot of time to enjoy yourself. Around 500 people lives on the island, so its a good place to sing out loud with nobody hearing you, and to explore the beautiful nature around you.
Denmark is a bicycle country, and we will of course supply you with bikes so you can bicycle all around the island.

Jeppe was a great host, always taking care of us and providing us with delicious food and drinks. We've had a lots of fun on Fejo and great memories for life...

We spent five weeks of hard work and good laughs. If you'd like to spend your day doing physical work outdoors in a beautiful island, learning about other cultures and enjoying a good bike ride in the weekends look no further! Great experience and we would totally recommend it :)

Our stay was awesome! We liked every minute of being outside collecting apples (which is the main job and takes most of your time), pasteurizing and pressing, and taking care of the orchards. Jeppe is a very nice guy, friendly and open-minded. He patiently taught us about the different steps to make cider and he was willing to help us all the time. The island has amazing views and it`s a quiet place to stay. I hope we can go back in summer to swim in the ocean!
