We are an Italian family of six living in San Mauro Pascoli, Emilia-Romagna. My husband and I are traders and we have four children: Matteo, 18, who studies computer science and practices judo, Emy and Dylan, 15-year-old twins who are passionate about dance and basketball, and David, 13, who is also a judoka. Our home is an open and welcoming meeting point, and we love sharing our daily life and traditions with guests from all over the world.
The experience we offer
One of the most special aspects of staying with us is the culinary experience. Italian cuisine is a fundamental part of our culture and family life: we love sharing meals with our guests, not only as a convivial moment, but as an opportunity for cultural exchange and mutual learning. Our kitchen is the heart of the home, where simple and authentic dishes are created, inspired by local traditions and prepared with care.
Italian conviviality is something that shines through in our lunches and dinners: we like to talk, laugh and listen to the stories of those who visit us. For us, a guest is not just someone who passes by, but becomes a true friend and part of the family. The excellent reviews we have received in the past testify to how much we care about the well-being and satisfaction of our guests, many of whom have remained in touch with us and consider us a second family.
What we look for in a Workawayer:
We would like to host positive and responsible people, who want to integrate into our daily life and who can be inspiring models for our children, encouraging them to explore the world and be open to new experiences. Collaboration in the house and in the garden is always welcome, but we do not require anything specific.
What we offer:
In addition to the opportunity to live an authentic Italian experience, our guests can enjoy a family environment, a spacious garden, a swimming pool, and the possibility of easily exploring many cities and villages nearby. Our house is immersed in tranquility, but a short distance from the beauties of Romagna and the historic cities.

Siamo una famiglia italiana di sei persone che vive a San Mauro Pascoli, in Emilia-Romagna. Io e mio marito siamo commercianti e abbiamo quattro figli: Matteo, di 18 anni, che studia informatica e pratica judo, Emy e Dylan, gemelli di 15 anni appassionati di danza e basket, e David, di 13 anni, anch’egli judoka. La nostra casa è un punto d’incontro aperto e accogliente, e amiamo condividere la nostra vita quotidiana e le nostre tradizioni con ospiti da tutto il mondo.
L’esperienza che offriamo
Uno degli aspetti più speciali del soggiorno con noi è l’esperienza culinaria. La cucina italiana è una parte fondamentale della nostra cultura e della nostra vita di famiglia: amiamo condividere i pasti con i nostri ospiti, non solo come momento conviviale, ma come occasione di scambio culturale e apprendimento reciproco. La nostra cucina è il cuore della casa, dove si creano piatti semplici e autentici, ispirati alle tradizioni locali e preparati con cura.
La convivialità italiana è qualcosa che traspare nei nostri pranzi e cene: ci piace parlare, ridere e ascoltare le storie di chi ci visita. Per noi, un ospite non è solo qualcuno che passa, ma diventa un vero e proprio amico e parte della famiglia. Le ottime recensioni che abbiamo ricevuto in passato testimoniano quanto ci tenga al benessere e alla soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti, molti dei quali sono rimasti in contatto con noi e ci considerano una seconda famiglia.
Cosa cerchiamo in un Workawayer:
Ci piacerebbe ospitare persone positive e responsabili, che abbiano voglia di integrarsi nella nostra vita quotidiana e che possano essere modelli di ispirazione per i nostri figli, incoraggiandoli a esplorare il mondo e ad aprirsi a nuove esperienze. La collaborazione in casa e in giardino è sempre benvenuta, ma non richiediamo nulla di specifico.

Oltre all’opportunità di vivere un’autentica esperienza italiana, i nostri ospiti possono godere di un ambiente familiare, un giardino spazioso, una piscina, e la possibilità di esplorare facilmente molte città e borghi nelle vicinanze. La nostra casa è immersa nella tranquillità, ma a breve distanza dalle bellezze della Romagna e dalle città storiche.

We look for someone who can speak english fluently to learn some ourselfs. If you come to our house you can expect to be given a full day menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and some occasional snacks. The food we offer is very varied (its not only pasta). A major part of the food we eat is cultivated by my husband, so it's all natural and hasn't gone through chemical processing.
The passionate animals will find a real paradise: having lots of space even outside we have 4 cats, 1 papagallo, a rabbit, hens and tachins .Near us there is also a riding school where our children take riding lessons
Music lovers will be able to practice with the piano and the electric guitar.
And for the last sportsmen will not have time to get bored because we have a beautiful martial arts gym, our children and my husband practice judo.

We have 4 children: the youngest is 13 years old, two are twins aged 15and the biggest one is 18.We are looking for English speakers to play, accompany them and most importantly teach them english during the various activities they perform and outside school hours.
