hello! I am Bettina
in the garden, tho old house, the animals & with the wood is always a need. inside the house there you can choose different things - paint a bit, make a creative room, clean & cook..... also the children & animals are happy, if someone spend lovely time with them...welcome to us - just fell free to read more & contact us ;-))
i started in november 2015 with different helpers from all over the world to renovate an old house. now we are in for years, happy there & work will still not end ;-)
we live in the countryside with our 3 cats ( & mostly with some small), some ducks and chicken. We created to good people a fine neighbourhod here & on my field we build the jurte up with our club/community "living & growing together with natur in harmonies". we all love the (wild) nature, to celebrate the live with a fire in the garden, (fire) dancing, different kind of music ... we love to be creative anyway & try to give you the room also to be! for us to live now on this beautiful place is great!!!
I am a mother of two children - this two are Ferdinand (born december 2011) & Lieselotte (born october 2014). i always try to find some/enough time to play with them or let them help working - you can call it work if you like;-)
We love the nature & live very close with it - i use a lot for cooking or making healthy stuff out of it. around our area there are a lot of mountains, rivers, seas,... & i love to hike - also with the children, going with the bike, ski, swim in rivers & seas,..... I also know a bit about herbs, handwork,.... & at least know more & more about renovating an old house :-)
i am very interested in the idea permacultur, know a bit about the theoretic & try to live like this for a long time.... to correlate with being & working with plants & in the nature effects me a lot & let me grow in harmony & trust - in love.
also a part in my life is meditation, but i often use less time than i want with it...but you should accept, that I appreciate also evenings in silence and by my own...as much as i like being in exchange with people!
there is of course always something to do - in & around the house... & not to forget all this little things what should be done during a day - cleaning, cooking, laundry, harvest,....also the children wait for you - to play with you, learn your language,....
a lot of work will be to prepare the area around the house, the permacultur garden area, the chicken area, a tree house, making a path, cut some trees & also plant,... but also creative work can be done - to make a mosaik & / or stairs outside, paint walls coulorfull, make compost, .... & help in the house, e.g. building some new wooden stuff, renovating different rooms, woodwork, preservation of fruits and vegetables from the garden or weekly cleaning.
i appreciative of any help in any of the aforementioned tasks. It would be great if you have initiative and maybe some experience in one of this fields.
our place is in wankham - near attnang-puchheim - its perfect for going with public transport to the next Citys (to Linz 30 min, to Salzburg 50 min, to vienna 2 hours, 30 min.). you will find a train nearly every hour!!! i also can give you a bike - good area for biking here!
i like happy people, with initiative who won't be shy to make for example the own coffee and breakfeast on morning...or start playing with the children by themself, or....
We'll not be at home for all meals/days, so it's important that you can be independent - you should like this!
it should not be a problem for you, if you have also enough time for your own...sometimes it is like this - some times i am busy with my family & friends & its also important to take me some time "just" with our family...it should be possible for you, to leave for a while.
i can not count the hours for working exactly, for example i don´t know how to count a trip to the mountains with the children - if you come with us, help me caring, play with the children - how to count??? if this would be important for you (to count the exactly working hours), you have to tell me, than we can find together a good solution for everyone.

* that you have to be insured for yourself - i can not bear responsibility for you
* & please be aware: you don't live in a hotel! without explicitly telling you it should be normal for you, that you help preparing meals/getting the table ready or put the things in the dishwasher during your stay...as a matter of course.
When you see a dirty spot feel free to clean it,...
Our meals & main rooms are (more or less) smartphone-free....we love to live the real life! ;-)
* we life all on the same planet, so please don´t kill spiders or other animals in our house & the area around!!!!!
°) We have some house-rules or call it a philosophy of living - nothing super strict but things that are important for us, like switching off the lights when leaving a room, saving water and energy in general, helping to get the table ready, clean up after meals and having a meal per day together and no permanent use of a smartphone - it should all be things that are not extraordinary but my experience showed me, that i have to write it....
for this now, we live more or less in an ready house, with all you need for a good, basic living there - water, electricity, toilet, an kitchen.... & a lot of great nature around, a little river near.....

i try to live open & honest in a good kommunication - always a good learning field.
i can share a bit knowledge about the general permakultur-idea & how to use it daily, garden knowledge & also about herbs & nature healing plants & i always lived with animals - i love to have them arround & get in contact with them. also the idea & living of a comunity is interesting for me....
i know a bit about old handwork & now about renovating an old house;-))
i fell interested to different pädagogik ideas & would love to get in comunication about it. & i am active to create creative hours for kids
i love to read - alone & also with & for the kids & we try to find some space during the day for music (singing, guitar, drum, flute,....).
We also love different trips in/to nature arround & if course you can join, also meet my family &/or friends of us also easily....
i can go on writing a lot but main points are written i would say.
If you like to be - you can be a familymember...fell free to decide, which intense is fine for you.

In the garden & wildness around is always something to do & i would also be happy, to have a good soul in the household (cooking, a bit cleaning,...)
there is always some woodwork to do - would be great, if you like this!? ;-)
take care of the house, the animals & the garden for a few days maybe.
great, if you know how to use simple tools & about general maintenance and repairing
it is also a help for me, if you play with the children, go with them for a walk, cook for them/us, make the dishes - the daily housework, clean the house,...
we share bathroom, toilet & kitchen - of course it is important, to help together for keeping it clean.
the computer is always a big not so nice topic for me - if you are good with, maybe you can help me a bit there...
& last but not least - it depends also on you, which energy you can use what day for us at this moment - an important thing for me is communication!!! tell me your needs, likes & don´t likes & i am sure, that nothing can go really bad than!!!

At the moment, we have a small room for you with a bed & a storage. Of course we share our other rooms with you!
in the house is no smoking, but in the area arround its possible, to find people who love to smoke with you ;-))

my children love visitors & they are very open minded & happy if you play with them. they are good with other languages & i am also very interested to learn a few words in other languages....
there is a very good train connection to Salzburg, Linz, St.Pölten, Vienna....also good public transport to this area
climbing, hiking, go by bike, skiing, swimming- beautiful natur around!!!
i also can ask friends of mine in other cities in austria or around for a night to stay there or people may go out with you....- i can not show you the nightlife in austria, but you will find people for this, i am pretty sure ....
you can use a bike, a scooter,....

i love that she never gets unhappy with us - & believe - there are situations where it would be completly normal to be unhappy - with 2 small children, a foreign language, a sometimes very stressed mum, a not at all ready kitchen.....however - she stayed in a good calm way.

I met many friends of Bettina.
And she offer me to join trip with her and children but weather was not good for trip in April.
Her English communication is quite good.
I think she really need help for children and house.
Children is now growing,new house moving and many thing happens in Bettina's home.
