We are a short drive to some beautiful beaches, and great bush walks but with the flexibility of being close to shopping districts.
We are a short walk to the supermarket, cafes, shops, takeaways. We are close to a bus stop and also a car to use if you have a full license.

We spent only a few days with Brady family, but then we spent two weeks minding their home, a dog Smudge and a cat Coco. It was very easy to operate as Sarah gave all the details and both were open to any question that we had. My first experience with Workaway was with this lovely family! Sarah and Richard are great people, very welcoming and I had such a nice time with them! I had a lot of fun playing with the adorable children and get a look inside a local Kiwi family.

Mike and Rachel are two amazing helpers. The kids adored them and they did a great job painting the fence and helping in the garden. They dont mind getting their hands dirty and always asked if they could help. Great People come back anytime x x xx

We stayed with Richard and Sarah for 4 weeks and had a wonderfull time! :) the Kids are all very lovely and we felt welcomed at the first moment! The only hard part in this 4 weeks was to say Good Bye... We laughed alot and would love to come back once :)

The Brady-family is such a lovely family! It was my first workaway-experience and I had an awesome time. They are so welcoming and friendly and its always funny around the house. Nick and Lily are a wonderful friendly couple and did an excellent job. They were great around the house and with the kids. Lily is a wizz in the kitchen and Nick gave the kids one on one swimming lessons. We will all miss you, travel safe. x x x

I had a very great time with the Bradys, they are a really easy going family and very flexible, I could take off for a trip to the coromorandel peninsual, or what ever I wanted to do. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The work was various, I did gardening, cleaning, looking after the kids, planting, cooking and baking.
