I live near the town of Macroom about 30 minutes from Killarney and 45 mins from Cork city. I have a 4 acres/ 1.5 hectares of woodland , a poly-tunnel and a vegetable garden, one small friendly dog .I am a vegetarian and a non smoker. I can offer a caravan for accommodation and there is another small room for a second helper. I am vegetarian ( not vegan).I can also help anyone who wants to learn English ( you must be at least at an intermediate level) as I am an English teacher.
I am looking for someone who is responsible and can help on their own and who likes physical tasks and/ or can cook vegetarian meals.
Hours need to be flexible . but roughly 4 /5 hours a day and 2 days off a week ( Doesn’t have to be weekends)
I visit my wife who lives in a care home most days for a few hours so it’s important that the people I host have initiative and can work by themselves for part of the time. -

We live in beautiful place and anyone who stays here can improve there level of English as I am an English teacher. They can also learn about cooking vegetarian meals and gardening. There will be regular day trips to see local sights

I am looking for someone to do domestic tasks, and who is able to cook vegetarian evening meals and do light housework .
In exchange I can help with English as I am an English teacher.
Additionally, I am looking for another person who would be willing to split , and stack firewood, cut grass and mow lawns and tasks on the land. They would need to be physically strong and happy to help outside -

I live fairly close to some beautiful hiking country around Killarney and the South west and there is a good bus connection to both Cork and Killarney
I live a fairly quiet life mostly but I like to do day trips at least once a week so I will be able to show helpers some beautiful and less known part of Ireland
If you are someone who has an intermediate level of English and wants to improve it and is adaptable this could be a great experience. -

I stayed in a nice caravan in the woods, it was comfortable.
Meredith is a lovely person, funny, and good company. it is not possible to have a conversation but we shared moments of complicity (dancing, laughing, walks, etc.).

Where I could improve my English talking a lot with robb and watching tv series with them.
I was able to dedicate time to myself and to sleep.
