  Descripción

  We are a family of 4 living in rural Tasmania, Lorinna. We are Eric Greta and the two kids Juan 5 and Eleazar 3. We have a little homestead with some animals (chickens rabbits, cat and dog) and planning on adding some sheep to our hoard! We love gardening and as we are pretty new at that we like to experiment and learn from our mistakes... we have lost of project in our pocket and always welcome people with experience in bulding, gardening or people with no experience that are open to learn. As a workaway you will help us with many different things from gardening to maintenance to animal care. We are also in need of people willing to weed some nusty weeds that are growing on the proprety (arum lily, thistle). We love people from all over the world as travellers ourselves, we love to meet new cultures, open our minds to different style of life! We would love to have people who enjoy spending time with kids and can help to entratain them with educational games. Eric is a musician and play many instruments (piano, guitar, accordion), have a great love for cooking spanish food. Greta had a passion on naking ceramic and exploring pottery with wild clay.

  Alojamiento

  As workaway you will stay inside our house in a private room with a double bed or is also possible to stay in a tent just close to the house but more private. You will be able to have hot showers. We normally have big breakfast lunch and dinner and snaks at some point in the day. We are not vegetarian and only buy local meat, we eat heaps of veggies from the garden or if not possible prefer to buy local or organic. You will be required to help with meal prep.

  Lorinna is an amazing place! Many walks and places to discover. We live just 10 mins away(by car) from a big fresh lake, 1 hr away from the very famous cradle mountain!
