  Current:
  I am trying to bring back into shape a totally abandoned finca I bought in 2003. There are loads of fruit frees needing pruning. & loads of land that needs clearing of weeds and 15 years of neglect.
  
  Aim:
  I have a 5 year plan to get the finca back on track and making money! There are crops that can be planted to produce profits in the first year, therefore giving something back in the 1st year! At the same time, a 2 to 3 year crop plan continues in background, and alongside a longer term trees/vines plan for the future. This will make this a busy & very enjoyable venture!
  My aim is to have an organic finca (or as organic as possible) with pretty fruit orchards with some holiday lettable log cabins scattered around the land. There are also some small brick buildings that would look really cute as stone clad hobbit-style small houses for holiday lets!
  This aim is over a 5 year period and I want to get this fully functioning and self-supporting as a business. It has to be profitable in order to continue therefore the financial side must be considered.
  Personally, I would be very proud to see this piece of beautiful land back in its former glory and the greatest joy for me will be when visitors come and enjoy the totally natural & beautiful surroundings.
  
  What I am looking for:
  Someone who is self-motivated and can lead with some land skills or big willingness to learn.
  This will involve hands-on working on the land, as well as being able to lead other work-away volunteers.
  You will manage the cultivation and picking/selling of the fruits/produce.
  You will bring with you drive and energy to get this land back to shape and enjoy the reward of seeing it flourish again.
  There is accommodation in the form of a studio flat on the land with electricity and en-suite bathroom.

  Living in beautiful surroundings amongst tree on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean.

  Opportunity:
  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the land and wants to be a part of something that is almost re-cycling. Taking the old and making it new! Starting all over again! I get great pleasure when my work is appreciated, and enormous pleasure and reward from seeing success. Success measured in seeing something I created growing and doing well! All this land work etc. is something I would do alone but I do not have the time. The best way therefore is to share it with someone who would enjoy it and its rewards. My elderly mother who needs constant care currently also lives with me.

  Ayuda

  Need help to clear the land. Ploughing around the trees. Pruning the orchards. Planting Papayas!
  Planting Grapevines. Planting Beans. Planting Melons/Watermelons.
  
  Other building work. Need some help to convert some brick built garages into 6 studio flats. I want to theme then to look like something out of the hobbit with lots of stone cladding. So anyone good at stone cladding would be really appreciated. And any builders who can build walls out of breeze blocks and fit doors/windows!
  
  Any help is really appreciated. I have the skills to do all these tasks above so anyone who wants to enjoy helping and learning would be most welcome! Please get in touch!
