  We’re a creative event and party team based in the south of Sri Lanka. We organize everything from beach parties and themed nights to social events and chill gatherings—all focused on good energy, music, and bringing people together.
  
  Right now, we’re focused on our main project: Fridayz by La Belle in Ahangama. It’s a weekly event where travelers and locals come together for a fun night out, with a strong social and community vibe.

  We’re not a big company—we’re a hands-on, young team building something unique. Everyone gets involved, shares ideas, and helps shape the experience.
  
  💡 What We Do
  A big part of our work happens during the day: connecting with people, promoting events, and creating content around Ahangama. Then at night, we bring it all together into a great event.
  
  🎉 What We’re Looking For
  We’re growing our team and looking for volunteers to join in different roles:
  Promo team & ambassadors (spreading the word around beaches, hostels, cafés, bars, and local spots)
  Video & photography team (capturing the vibe, mostly for social media)
  Social media & content creators
  
  🌍 The Experience
  You’ll be part of a social, energetic environment where you meet lots of people and help build something real. It’s a mix of creativity, promotion, and event energy—with plenty of time to enjoy the area as well.

  Volunteering is all about being part of the energy behind our events—not just attending them, but helping create them.

  We’re looking for outgoing, friendly people who enjoy talking to others and aren’t shy to approach people during the day. Good vibes are key.
  
  💡 Proactive & Independent
  You should be able to take initiative, move around the area, and represent our brand in a confident and natural way.
  
  🎉 Help Build the Buzz
  A big part of your role will be promotion and connecting with people. This can include:
  Going to beaches, hostels, cafés, bars, and local spots to promote events
  Handing out flyers and inviting people to Fridayz by La Belle
  Acting as an ambassador of the brand during the day
  
  📸 Content Creation
  If you have skills in media, you can also help with:
  Taking photos and videos (mainly for social media & stories)
  Capturing the vibe before and during events
  Assisting with creative content ideas
  
  📱 Social Media Support
  Posting stories, engaging with guests, and helping grow our online presence
  Sharing event content and building hype
  
  🧹 Event Support
  Sometimes we’ll need help with simple tasks like:
  Setting up before events
  Support during the night
  
  🕒 Commitment
  We usually ask a few hours per day, mainly in the afternoon leading into the evening or at the event on Friday. You’ll still have plenty of free time to enjoy Ahangama.
  
  🌍 Respect & Attitude
  Respect for the local community, businesses, and team is important. We work closely with local spots, so professionalism and a good attitude matter.

  You’ll stay in a private room in our house, with your own bathroom and AC.
  
  🌿 Relaxed Surroundings
  The house has a nice garden and a front porch overlooking the paddy fields—perfect for chilling and enjoying the peaceful side of Sri Lanka.
  
  📍 Location
  We’re located about 10 minutes from Ahangama beach, so you’re close to all the action while still having a quiet place to relax.

  When you’re not volunteering, there’s plenty to explore and enjoy around Ahangama and the south coast.

  You’re only 15 minutes from the beach, so you can spend your free time surfing, swimming, or just relaxing at one of the many beach spots.
  
  ☕ Cafés & Social Spots
  Ahangama has a great mix of cafés, bars, and restaurants where travelers and locals hang out. It’s a very social area, so it’s easy to meet people and enjoy the vibe.

  Tuk-tuks are easy to find and affordable
  You can rent a scooter for more freedom
  Everything around Ahangama, Midigama, and Weligama is close by
  
  🌿 Explore the Area
  There’s a lot to discover nearby—beaches, local markets, small villages, and nature spots. It’s a nice balance between social life and relaxed surroundings.
  
  🌅 Chill & Recharge
  Back at the house, you can relax in the garden or on the porch overlooking the paddy fields—perfect to unwind after a busy day.
  
  🍽️ Food, Drinks & Good Moments 🌅
  Jesse is a passionate chef, so food is definitely part of the experience. Expect regular food moments, from relaxed dinners to sunset drinks and tapas.
  
  🔥 BBQ & Social Evenings
  We often organize BBQs and casual evenings at home—it’s all about good food, music, and a nice social vibe with the team.
