We live in a Country House nearby Olot recently refurbished in one of the most beautyful place of Catalonia, La Garrotxa. We are a family of 5 members composed by 3 kids of 13, 10 and 8 years old. We practice Waldorf cv homeschooling and we have also 2 dogs, 1 cat and 3 horses but in the near future we want to introduce chickens. We grow our vegetables and we mainly cook vegetarian meals. We usually wake up early in the morning during the week to prepare the meal for the horses, cleaning the house and then start the homescholling education. After lunch break we usually rest and afternoons are dedicated the study and practice music (piano, chello and clarinet). 3 days a week our child go the public school of music. Husband is dedicated to work from home as Hr consultant, gardening, wood collection and outskirts maintance. Wife is dedicated to child care, education, meals and general maintaince of the house. We love the quite, tiddy and peace from our house away from the hustle of the cities.

They can learn and taste some traditional meals from Catalonia, Spain growing vegetables, horse care, some short mountain expeditions and living in a quite place surronded by peace and nature.

We mainly need help with the gardening, vegetable garden, general maintance of the house, depending on the season cuting trees and collecting wood from our forest and spending some time with us to pratice cultural exchange and German & English with our kids also.

We would like our children to by used to listen and being able to practice English and German with the workawayer. We will share our knowledge of Catalan and Spanish as a mother tongue.
Alojamiento
Big single room for the workawayers is provided in the same place where our family lives, bathroom and sharing all the meals with us. We usually share the cooking and the cleaning duties with our kids after each meal. Every morning we invest 30min in the house chores with all the family before starting the homeschoolling activities.

We are 15min by car from the bus station in Olot where you can get the bus to go to the beach (1 hour) or bcn (1,5hours) or the pyrinees (1hour). We usually spent some time during the weekends walking around and preparing the gardening/harvest, general maintance and spending some time with the horses. We can also provide ride to the bus station where you can go to singular places nearby like Camprodon, Ripoll, vallter, setcases among much others

I work mainly from home but I do a lot of conference with clients and team mates from different places. In the spare time workawayers are able to use the office or they can use his room for their digital projects.
Espacio para aparcar autocaravanas
We live in a countryhouse with more the 6ha sorrounding the main house so there is plenty of space to park the campervan or motorhome being able to have electrical power and refuel the water tanks from our well.
