  Hello Everyone,
  
  We are a family of four (indeed 5). Müge, the mother, is 48 years old and works as a Business Administrator. I am Fatih, the father, 54 years old - Mechanical Engineer. We also have a small, adorable dog named Paris.
  
  We have 9-year-old twins — a girl and a boy. The girl's name is Suay, and the boy's name is Eray.
  
  As the school year is coming to an end and summer vacation approaches, we are looking for a woman to join us at our summer house, whose main role will be to support the development of our children's English through constant and interactive communication.
  
  This will not be a traditional English teaching position, but more of a companion — like an older sister — who will speak with them in English at all times and engage them in everyday activities.
  Please note: this is not a "nanny" position. We are specifically seeking someone who will focus on English interaction and language improvement in a natural, engaging way.
  
  It is important that the candidate speaks fluent English with "little to no accent", as our priority during this period is for our children to practice and improve their spoken English.
  
  This position is for the summer period, starting from mid-June 2025 until the end of August, and possibly extending until September 10, 2025.
  
  Our summer house is located in the Altınoluk area on the western coast of Turkey. It’s a private, single-story villa situated on an 800-square-meter plot, with a large garden and a private pool. The sea is very close — just 1 minute by car or 4 minutes on foot.
  Altinoluk is located at the foothills of the Kaz Mountains, known as one of the richest oxygen zones in the world.
  
  A housekeeper is present at the villa five days a week, so housekeeping duties will not be required. However, we prefer candidates who are neat and organized, both in their personal space and appearance. So, we do hope this person will naturally become part of our family during her stay. (Note : we do not expect any gardening responsibility that we have also a gardener 3 days a week).
  
  We consider the person who will join us as a new family member, spending the summer together with our children.
  
  All accommodation, meals, and living costs will be covered during the stay. The only expenses the guest might incur would be for personal/private purchases.
  
  Under normal conditions, there will be 5 days of stay and interaction at home, and 2 free days per week. On this free days and nights, if desired, the person is welcome to go out at her own expense, and can stay out of home i.e. hotel etc... But of course, she can stay with us too on her free-days...
  
  We would like to say WARM WELCOME in advance to the woman who will become the new member of our family.

  While the candidate takes her time with the kids, she will extremely enjoy the natura of Kaz Mountains, extremely nice sun, sea and beach, Turkish cusine and the Turkish hospitality....
  Moreover, the experience she will have by enjoying the family, location, quality time will be, we assume, excellent.

  If the workawayer who will be staying with us wishes to improve their Turkish—which is a new language for them—they will have the opportunity to learn or enhance their skills in accent-free and proper Turkish. The parents speak Turkish at an academic language level.
