  My name is Francesca Gaia, I have always taken refuge in the woods to meet the most authentic part of me. to surrender to what I could not change, to enjoy powerful visions and suggestions. I have received immense gifts and enormous dreams from the forest. I became aware of being nature and of being interconnected to all creatures on earth. I felt the need to live and create in the woods. Thus two years ago the Foret space was born, a space in the woods where you can meet. Throughout the year I practice and teach wild physical theater and during the summer I conduct summer camps for children and teenagers. is located on the very first hills of Genoa, in an enchanted valley, among the woods. sky and a wonderful stream flowing a few meters away. easily reachable from the center of Genoa, by public transport. My partner and I often travel between Italy and France because of our artistic activities, in these two years we have reclaimed a beautiful part of the forest, fenced it, built dry stone walls and, with the help of a builder, a yurt. We need help to continue taking care of the forest, to build more walls and take care of the vegetable garden. in exchange we offer food, accommodation and shared artistic and holistic practices.
  
  Mi chiamo Francesca Gaia, mi sono sempre rifugiata nel bosco per incontrare la parte piu autentica di me. per arrendermi a cio che non era mio potere cambiare, per godere di potenti visioni e suggestioni. Ho ricevuto dal bosco doni immensi e sogni enormi. Sono divenuta consapevole di essere natura e di essere interconnessa a tutte le creature della terra. Ho sentito la necessita di vivere e creare nel bosco. Cosi due anni fa e nato lo spazio , uno spazio nel bosco dove ritrovarsi. Durante tutto l'anno pratico e insegno il teatro fisico selvatico e durante l'estate conduco campi estivi per bambini e ragazzi.
  si trova sulle primissime alture di Genova, in una valle incantata, tra bosco. cielo e un torrente meraviglioso che scorre a pochi metri. facilmente raggiungibile dal centro di Genova, con mezzi pubblici.
  Io e il mio compagno viaggiamo spesso tra italia e Francia per via delle nostre attivita artistiche, in questi due anni abbiamo bonificato una bella parte di bosco, recintato, costruito muretti a secco e con l'aiuto di un costruttore una yurta.
  Abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per continuare a prenderci cura del bosco, per costruire altri muretti, curare l'orto. in cambio offriamo vitto, alloggio e pratiche artistiche e olistiche condivise.

  we need help to reclaim the forest, build dry stone walls and other things with stones under the direction of a professional builder, take care of the vegetable garden and trees.

  Acomodação

  there is the possibility of camping in a personal tent which will be provided to you with 2-3-4 places whit an in fata le mat, yoga mat, pillow and sheets and a large gazebo protects in case of rain. There will be a water-repellent sheet to put under the tent. there is the availability of spring water, shower and compost toilet. There are stoves to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no direct electricity.
  
  c'e la possibilita di fare camping in una tenda personale che vi verrà fornita da due-tre-quattro posti con materassino gonfiabile, tappeto yoga, cuscino e lenzuola e un grande gazebo protegge in caso di pioggia. Ci sarà un telo idrorepellente da mettere sotto la tenda. C'e la disponibilta di acqua di sorgente, doccia e compost toilette. Ci sono fornelli per preparare colazione, pranzo e cena. Non c'e energia elettrica.

  Nel tempo libero è possibile percorrere i sentieri del bosco, bagnarsi alla cascata, godere della valle incantata. Oppure si puo prendere il bus ed arrivare nel centro di Genova, citta multietnica, molto vitale ed in fermento. Durante la settimana, arrivano amici e allievi che praticano teatro o yoga.
