Céline est une adorable jeune femme, toujours de bonne humeur, très attentive à nos besoins mais aussi discrète pour nous laisser de l'espace en fin de journée. Elle nous a donné un excellent coup de main pendant 18 jours, tant au jardin que dans la maison. Elle a été très patiente pour désherber mes parterres et minutieuse pour faire le ménage.

Wanqi came to our house with a friend (Yang) and they both worked for two weeks on our property and in the house. They were very efficient, polite, helpful and discreet. Communication was easy with Wanqi, who speaks English very well, but a little more difficult with Yang, who was not so fluent. They did a lot of work to prepare our land for
… read more winter and clean the house. They even helped out at our neighbors, our daughter and some elderly friends. We had some very interesting conversations about our ways of life, food and even philosophy. It was an nice experience, even if it was a bit tiring managing two extra people at our age.

It’s my first workaway experience and it was wonderful to spend two weeks with Edith and Christian.
They’re really nice and warm people and know a lot of things. They always be helpful when you need no matter it’s about working or your personal things.
Edith is really a good cook, she makes delicious food everyday which really surprised me.

Christian is so funny and easy going, I liked his fantastic barbecue and his humor personality
I enjoyed alll the food and time with them.
I really appreciate their hosting and kindness towards me and my friend in our stay

Edith and Christian are sweethearts and I really enjoyed the 10 days I was with them. I loved helping in the garden and am really happy with all we accomplished. They made me feel like a special guest and are so thoughtful and generous! Edith is a great cook and I ate such delicious food here. They have one of the most amazing pieces of land I
… read more have seen with an incredible view of the Appalachian mountains. Their area is so beautiful and I loved hiking Mt Owl’s Head. Their house and large flower gardens are just stunning and I loved jumping in their pond and then enjoying the hot tub. It’s a good life here! They kindly showed me around Potton, took me to a movie and the Farmers Market, let me borrow their electric bike, and let my sisters come for a visit. They are such friendly and cheerful people which I love. And they inspire me with how much they still do at their age. Becca is a very engaging person and was attentive to all our needs. She communicates very easily without being intrusive. She has been a great help to us and has done all sorts of chores on our property and in our house and always with a smile. It was a great first experience for us with Workaway! Thank you so much 😊
