  Hello :)
  
  My name is Linda, I am 47 years old. I am married to Bjørn-Arvid, who is 41 years old. Together we have the girls Julianne who is 16 years old and Sunniva who is 14 years old.
  We live in Laukvik, a small village in Lofoten. We are home-loving people, Bjørn-Arvid is a captain, so he works at sea for 4 weeks, and is at home for 4 weeks.
  When he is at home, we want to be at home and do things around the house, the garden and at the cabin.
  And when he's at sea, I need some extra hands.
  
  This year we got a old house from my father in law, and we can do what we want with it. so if you want, you can be a part of this. Painting, cleaning, making new walls, floors, i think it will be fun, but it will take time, and it has to done nicely. outside of this house, we will make a new garden and a new parking for cars.
  
  At home there will be some painting, some work in the garden. work around the berrytrees and the strawberryfield. cutting grass, makeing flowerbeds, make a house for the airheating... many small things, we take it as it comes :)
  
  i have a boathous that need some paint, and a new wall. and another that needs a lot of love and care :)
  
  We have a small carrotfield and a onionfield that we handweed, with the best view over the sea.
  
  And in the summer we go to the cottage and would like to take you with us, do some work, pick berryes, and relax. It has a outdoor toilet, no electricity, wather from a river. and nice view. so you have to like this kind of life...
  there is a lake for fiching, but you can do it from the beach aswell.
  
  So what can we offer you as workawayers in freetime?
  Nice mountain walks, walks in the forest and on the beach. A relaxed environment, where we go to great lengths to ensure that our guests have a great experience. Some days are probably a bit hectic, but we'll make up for it. We can't promise sunshine on the days you're here, but we can promise you beautiful and wild nature. What experiences you are left with is very much up to you.
  The possibilities are many, feel free to check out Lofoten on the internet, maybe there is something you really want to experience. A trip from my place all the way to Å takes 2 hours.
  
  If you want to learn to knit, i can teach.
  
  We have now had around 80 young people visit our home and it has been an incredibly pleasant experience to get to know them all. I therefore want to continue as a host, come up with big and small projects around the house, and at the same time show what Lofoten can offer..
  
  Of course, I hold breakfast, lunch and dinner, allergies are no problem. but you have to put up with cats.( we have 2 small one)... we also keep the work clothes you need.
