  Description

  HI! I'm Stefano, a separated man who lives in a large farmhouse located in TORNIELLA, a hamlet of the municipality of ROCCASTRADA, province of GROSSETO, in the heart of the Maremma in TUSCANY. I live alone in the farmhouse. The host is close to the most beautiful cities of art (SIENA, FLORENCE), about an hour from the sea and in winter about an hour from Mount Amiata where you can ski. The free spas of PETRIOLO, SAN FILIPPO and SATURANIA, where you can bathe in practically every season, are also close by. The beautiful FARMA river is also very close, where you can swim in the summer and has a beautiful waterfall. Numerous paid spas are also close to the host. The farmhouse also has a small private spa with a beautiful hot tub for six people and a small infrared sauna and a small gym equipped with weights, exercise bike, bench and punching bag. Nearby there are numerous very characteristic small restaurants. The location is therefore also perfect for spending wonderful holidays practically in all seasons. The work required for four hours from Monday to Friday will be carried out, depending on the season and if the weather permits, mainly on the external areas: cleaning the goat area, gardening (cutting the grass, watering, caring for the plants) but also cleaning the house. During the week I could be busy with work and I will be present at the farmhouse mainly in the evening. The workawayer will have full responsibility for the management of the animals and the house during the day, therefore in case of my absence, and must not have problems being alone in the woods. For this reason we will prefer people who are interested in "living" this experience for medium-long, long or even extremely long periods as it will become an essential and decisive element for me, for my home and for my animals. Since I live in a very isolated farmhouse, the village is 800m away and I am connected to it with a dirt road, it is necessary that the workawayer loves isolation and contact with nature and where I always remain present at the farmhouse in the absence of my work to do outside, naturally, does not disdain my company. I prefer people who do not like to go to bed too early as often for work or personal reasons I have dinner a little later and in any case I prefer people who are flexible about work and life hours in general. Unfortunately, I do not know English but French at a beginner level would be very important, for me, therefore, that the workawayer knows Italian at least at an intermediate level. The offer is mainly oriented to single travelers to whom I can offer a room and a personal bathroom as a stay in addition to food. I can evaluate couples by agreeing on working hours and food and in this case we could host either in a non-independent room (sofa bed in the living room) or even in an independent apartment equipped with every comfort but, in this case, then, I would not provide food. In general I really like meeting people from all over the world and sharing experiences and cultures but I would particularly like to meet oriental workawayers or enthusiasts and practitioners of kung fu and yoga. I teach a martial art (KEMPO DANKAN) which also includes YOGA and I would be happy to meet people interested and eager to share with me training and interest in these disciplines and I can offer the workawayer, as an additional plus, the course for free with two weekly lessons of an hour and a half at the GOLDEN GYM gym in ROCCASTRADA if the traveler stops here with me for at least a month. In general I really like to introduce and appreciate the wonderful nature surrounding the farmhouse, introduce Italian traditions and our good food. I strongly believe in the importance of respecting, defending and safeguarding nature and for this reason I try to adopt the most sustainable behaviors possible. In the farmhouse, for example, all the energy is produced exclusively by the sun thanks to our 71 solar panels and the water for irrigation of our garden comes from a natural spring.   CIAO! Sono Stefano un uomo separato che vive in un grande casale che si trova a TORNIELLA frazione del comune di ROCCASTRADA provincia di GROSSETO, nel cuore della maremma TOSCANA. Io vivo da solo al casale. L'host è vicino alle più belle città d'arte (SIENA, FIRENZE), ad un'ora circa dal mare e d'inverno ad un'ora circa dal monte Amiata dove si può sciare. Le terme libere di PETRIOLO, SAN FILIPPO e SATURANIA, dove si può fare il bagno praticamente in ogni stagione, sono anch'esse vicine. Molto vicino anche il bellissimo fiume FARMA balneabile d'estate e dotato di una bellissima cascata. Numerose terme a pagamento sono anch'esse vicine all'host. Il casale, inoltre, è dotato di una piccola spa privata con bellissima vasca idromassaggio per sei persone e una piccola sauna ad infrarossi e di una piccola palestrina attrezzata con pesi, cyclette, panca e sacco boxe. Nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi piccoli ristoranti molto caratteristici. La location è, quindi, perfetta anche per trascorrere meravigliose vacanze in pratica in tutte le stagioni. Il lavoro richiesto per quattro ore dal lunedi al venerdì verrà svolto, a seconda della stagione e se il tempo lo consente, prevalentemente sulle parti esterne: pulizia dell'area delle capre, giardinaggio (taglio erba, innaffiatura, cura delle piante) ma anche pulizia della casa. Durante la settimana potrei essere impegnato per lavoro e sarò presente al casale prevalentemente in serata. Il workawayer avrà durante il giorno, quindi in caso di mia assenza, la piena responsabilità della gestione degli animali e della casa e non dovrà avere problemi di restare da solo tra i boschi. Per questo motivo prediligeremo persone interessante a "vivere" questa esperienza per periodi medio-lunghi, lunghi o anche estremamente lunghi in quanto diventerà un elemento per me, per la mia casa e per i miei animali essenziale e determinante. Visto che vivo in un casale molto isolato, il paese dista 800m e sono collegato ad esso con una strada bianca, è necessario che il workawayer ami l'isolamento ed il contatto con la natura e ove io resti presente sempre al casale in assenza di miei lavori da fare all'esterno, naturalmente, non disdegni la mia compagnia. Prediligo persone che non amano andare a letto troppo presto in quanto spesso per motivi lavorativi o personali ceno un po' più tardi e comunque prediligo persone elastiche sugli orari di lavoro e di vita in generale. Io, purtroppo, non conosco l'inglese ma il francese a livello principiante sarebbe molto importante, per me, quindi, che il workawayer conosca l'Italiano almeno a livello intermedio. L'offerta è prevalentemente orientata a viaggiatori singoli cui posso offrire come soggiorno una stanza ed un bagno personale oltre al vitto. Posso valutare delle coppie accordandoci circa i tempi di lavoro ed il vitto ed in questo caso potremmo ospitare o in una stanza non autonoma (divano letto in sala) o addirittura in un appartamento autonomo dotato di ogni confort ma, in questo caso, allora, non fornirei il vitto. In linea generale mi piace molto conoscere persone provenienti da tutto il mondo e condividere esperienze e culture ma mi piacerebbe in particolare conoscere workawayer orientali o appassionati e praticanti di kung fu, e yoga. Insegno un'arte marziale (KEMPO DANKAN) che comprende anche lo YOGA e sarei felice di conoscere persone interessate e desiderose di condividere con me anche allenamenti ed interesse verso queste discipline e posso offrire al workawayer, come ulteriore plus, il corso gratuitamente con due lezioni settimanali di un'ora e mezza presso la palestra GOLDEN GYM di ROCCASTRADA se il viaggiatore si ferma qui con me almeno un mese. In linea generale mi piace molto far conoscere e apprezzare la meravigliosa natura circostante il casale, far conoscere le tradizioni italiane e il nostro buon cibo. Credo molto nell'importanza di rispettare, difendere e salvaguardare la natura e per questo cerco di adottare comportamenti il più possibili sostenibili. Nel casale ad esempio tutta l'energia è prodotta esclusivamente dal sole grazie ai nostri 71 pannelli solari e l'acqua per l'irrigazione del nostro giardino proviene da una sorgente naturale. TI ASPETTO PER VIAGGIARE INSIEME TRA QUESTI SPLENDIDI BOSCHI E SPERO DI POTERLO FARE CON TE ANCHE PER UN LUNGO PERIODO SE VORRAI!

  il workawayer imparerà a gestire i miei animali (2 CANI DI RAZZA PASTORE MAREMMANO ABBRUZZESE, 3 GATTI IN CASA E 4 FUORI, 4 CAPRETTE),imparerà a gestire la casa, ci scambieremo insegnamenti di cucina, potrà imparare una bellissima disciplina marziale, andremo insieme a cercare funghi, naturalmente potrà imparare l'italiano. Ci saranno, poi, specie nel fine settimana, nelle festività ed in estate tante occasioni di fare gite e visitare insieme posti bellissimi: sciare e giocare con gli slittini sulla neve del MONTE AMIATA, fare il bagno in bellissime spiagge, nel bellissimo fiume FARMA, nel lago dell'ACCESA, nelle bellissime terme naturali, passeggiare nei boschi, visitare le vicine SIENA, GROSSETO e non troppo distante FIRENZE. Anche visitare ROMA da qui non è molto lontano.
  Vivere in armonia con la natura e osservare tanti animali selvatici.

  Durante il tempo libero possiamo organizzare escursioni e visite guidate per conoscere i dintorni e le città d'arte, fare gite al mare ed in montagna, nuotare nel mare, in fiumi e in un lago, fare il bagno nelle numerose terme naturali dei dintorni, utilizzare la nostra area benessere dotata di vasca idromassaggio sei posti e sauna infrarossi, fare lezioni di cucina e di yoga e di Kempo Dankan, di difesa personale giocare a basket e ping pong o allenarsi nella nostra piccola palestra, vedere film e documentari abbiamo SKY, AMAZON, PARAMOUNT e NETFLIX. Internet è sempre attivo.
