  Hello, I live in a small village in Asturias, in the north of Spain, in the mountains but close to the beach, a beautiful area, with many hiking routes through wooded landscapes and crossed by streams and waterfalls. I am restoring a house and I spend many hours outside, so my dog spends a lot of time alone, and the house is cold when I return. I'm looking for someone to keep my dog company, give him a walk, and keep the house warm while I'm gone.
  If you are interested in the restoration of the house, we can go there with the dog without problem, and you can help or learn, because being two people, we can keep an eye on the dog.
  The house does not have central heating, but a fireplace, so there has to be someone watching the fire. I offer acommodation, food, and on rest days, we can do tourism in the area, you can get to know the nearby cities and towns, and we can do routes in the area, both hiking and Nordic skiing, if we have snow, of course.
  I think it's ideal for digital nomads.

  Hola, vivo en un pequeño pueblo de Asturias, en el norte de España, en la montaña pero cerca de la playa, una zona preciosa, con muchas rutas para hacer senderismo por paisajes arbolados y surcados por arroyos. Estoy restaurando una casa y paso muchas horas fuera, por lo que mi perro pasa muchos ratos solo, y la casa está fria cuando vuelvo. Busco alguien que haga compañia a mi perro, que le de algun paseo, y que mantenga la casa templada mientras no estoy. Si te interesa la restauracion podemos ir juntos a la obra con el perro, y puedes ayudarme o aprender, y siendo dos podemos tener al perro controlado, estando yo solo, se aburre y trata de irse al monte.
  La casa no tiene calefaccion central, sino chimenea, por lo que tiene que haber alguien vigilando el fuego. Ofrezco alojamiento, comida, y los dias de descanso, podemos hacer turismo por la zona, puedes conocer las ciudades y pueblos cercanos, y podemos hacer rutas por la zona, tanto de senderismo como esquí nordico, si tenemos nieve, claro.
  Creo que es ideal para nómadas digitales.

  I live in a very quiet rural area, with very small towns and little population. It is a very touristy area in summer, but very quiet in winter, with little social life. But we can go to the more populated coast or to nearby cities to socialize. It is an ideal area for introspection, hiking, studying, reading. The weather in winter can be harsh, cold, rainy, windy, and it can even snow. In summer the weather is very pleasant, mild without excessive heat, but enough to enjoy the beaches and rivers.

El clima en invierno puede ser duro, frio, lluvioso, ventoso, y hasta puede nevar. En verano hace un clima muy agradable, suave sin excesivo calor, pero suficiente para disfrutar de las playas y rios

  I live in a large, old house, without central heating, but with electric stoves in the bedrooms and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. On cold days, if necessary, you can sleep in the living room next to the fireplace, but you will have your own bedroom, and you can have one or two more rooms, if you need a work area or if you want to have privacy. The house has several floors, and one of them can be for you, although the bathroom and kitchen would be shared. The food would be on me, but you will make some meals alone.

  There is little public transport in the area, you have to travel to the coast to access trains and buses, you would depend (if you don't have a car, of course) on me to take you by car and pick you up when you arrive, and to go sightseeing.   En la zona hay poco transporte publico, hay que desplazarse hasta la costa para acceder a trenes y autobuses, dependerias (si no tienes coche, claro) de mi para llevarte en coche y recogerte cuando llegues, y para hacer turismo. Es una zona muy tranquila para estudiar, relajarse, leer, y dar tranquilos paseos por una naturaleza salvaje y preciosa, pero para desplazamientos mas largos dependeras de mi, pero yo me organizo mi trabajo, por lo que tengo mucha flexibilidad de horarios, y mucha disposicion para llevarte, traerte o acompañarte a donde necesites o quieras
