Hello, this is a quiet relaxing place and ideal for foreign tourists reason why we ask people for help to attend customers, both in cleaning and attention. In exchange for the help we offer lodging and food, also in the spear time be part of the chilling time, parties if they are availble, etc.
We need people with new ideas, new own projects that inprove our place. all we ask is responsible and friendly people that are willing to contribute.
The job it could be 5 hours a day for 5 days on cleaning the rooms and changing the sheets, after changimg putting on the laundry machine, updating social network, doing inventory, etc we are very fexible so you can even create your own job. the more important is help us improve our place.
If we dont have customers at the time voluntaries are here we ask for help cleaning or help with social networking updating pictures on facebook, etc.
we offer a rooms to stay it may be with share restroom or with own restroom, that depens on the season how busy with clients we are.
We have this option
help us for 5 hours a day for 5 dyas and 2 days off, we offer room and breaskfast.

Learn the culture of this part of ecuador, whitch is santa marianita, this place is famous for kite surf, people in the town are very nice and friendly, get to knnow the area and interact with the people in the town, in the spear time go to the beach get in the pool etc.

Hostal was an amazing stay. Planned to stay only a week but stayed almost 3! Oswaldo is a very flexible host with the schedule and gave us an incredible time. We spend 2 weeks at Oswaldo's hostal and had a really good time. It was the first Workaway experience for Adam and he really enjoyed it, the work wasn't hard. Oswaldo is really understandable and kind, we learn a lot.
If you like to do different things and discover an ecuatoriana hostal it is the place to be.

The work isn't that hard that allows you to have a lot of free time. If you're a digital nomad, you'll be welcome here because it's the perfect place.
