I’m 43, of Greek and Tunisian roots, born in Germany and living in Cologne for the past 24 years. As a world traveller, I love to experience planet Earth in all its forms - nature, the sky, different cultures, and the rich variety of humankind. I especially enjoy immersing myself in other cultures and learning from local traditions whenever I travel.

I have built up practical, hands-on experience through various projects, including rebuilding and improving my own campervan with others, which has made me confident with tools, problem-solving, and practical tasks. I enjoy creative, hands-on work such as gardening, DIY projects like soap making, natural remedies, and weaving, as well as cycling, hiking, dancing, and making music (singing, playing harmonium & guitar). Stillness, meditation, movement, joy, humor, and mantra singing are important sources of connection and balance for me.

I also love spending time with children, especially young ones. I’m a children’s yoga teacher and have studied midwifery sciences for several months, which has deepened my sensitivity, presence and understanding of early childhood. While this hasn’t been a formal professional path so far, I have a natural ease and attentiveness with babies, toddlers and families, and I truly enjoy being around them and supporting them in a mindful, caring way.

I’m reliable, mindful and open-hearted, eager to learn new skills and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. I enjoy contributing to projects that promote sustainability, community, a deep connection with nature, and respectful, heart-centered ways of living together.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I love being in nature, gardening, hiking and children (I'm the favourite auntie of my friend's little kids).
I’m really good in keeping places clean and organized.
I like handicraft. I learned weaving on a little frame and I love dancing, mantra singing and meditation/stillness.
Aside from that I'm a tripple kundalini yoga teacher (adults, pre and postnatal, kids based on the Montessori philosophy), a Lomi Lomi massage therapist and studied midwifery for a short time.

I worked for over 15 yrs as a sales (controlling) manager. I studied naturopathy, I’m a triple kundalini yoga teacher for adults, children (Montessori philosophy) and pregnancy yoga, a Lomi Lomi massage therapist and have a bit of work experience in midwifery.
