**Hello, I'm Chie from Osaka, Japan! Minä olen japanilainen.Tykkään suomesta.**
I'll be flying to Finland in October 2024 on a working holiday visa. I would like to do something typical of Finland.

-Why Finland?
I first visited Finland in 2019 and instantly fell in love with its beautiful nature and peaceful atmosphere. One of my favorite places is the "Chapel of Silence" in Helsinki, which left a lasting impression on me. During my working holiday, I'm looking forward to immersing myself in Finnish culture and connecting with local people.

-What I look for?
I’m eager to try dog sledding and experience the relaxing joy of a kahvitauko, as well as to enjoy berry harvesting and peaceful walks through the forests. Moreover I’d love to do culture exchange, learning about Finnish people while sharing the joy of eating Japanese sushi.

-Who am I?
Naturally curious, I pay close attention to details. I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone, taking on new challenges. Talking to different people expands my perspective, helping me learn new values while staying considerate throughout the process.

-What are my hobbies and Skills?
I've always enjoyed organizing and cleaning. It started as a method of cleaning my mind, whether when I was tidying up my own space or when helping others get things in order and then over time, this passion turned into a real skill, making it easier to find efficient ways to clean and organize. I also always had fun trying out different sports such as Gymnastics for 4 years, Naginata(Japanese long-handled sword) for 3 years and Tennis for 2 years. I really enjoy connecting with other people so although I currently don’t have as many opportunities to engage with them, trying out new things like hiking or fishing together in order to reawaken the active spirit in me.

【 Japanese 】My mother tongue is Japanese (especially kansai dialect which is spoken in the area around Osaka and Kyoto).【English】I have studied it for 5 years. I can speak and understand it. Now I try to improve my listening skill by living in the share house which has foreigner. So I speak English every day.【Finnish】I started to learn it since August 2024.My main Finnish teacher is Duoling. I like Finnish sound because it sounds similar Japanese.
