With my diverse background spanning the prison service, hospitality, retail management, and manual labour, I bring a versatile skill set that would be valuable in various host settings.

My most recent experience as a Prison Officer developed my ability to communicate effectively with challenging individuals, de-escalate tense situations, and maintain calm under pressure. These interpersonal skills translate well to any environment requiring patience and emotional intelligence.

Previously, as a Gym Instructor, I led circuit training classes and conducted inductions, demonstrating my capacity to instruct others clearly and motivate people toward their goals. My fitness background as a long-distance runner and kickboxing practitioner means I'm physically capable and enjoy active work.

In my role at Ralph Lauren, I managed teams of up to eight staff, particularly during high-pressure periods, showing my leadership abilities and attention to detail. I'm comfortable handling administrative responsibilities and have experience training colleagues in various systems and procedures.

My early work experience in construction with C&K Builders gave me practical knowledge of renovation and building techniques. I worked effectively alongside skilled tradespeople and developed an understanding of completing projects safely and to high standards.
