Hello:)
We, Nikola and Maciej, are both calm and adventurous Polish couple and after living in the city in Netherlands for the past 3 years when I, Nikola, was doing my psychology studies, we decided it is time to reconnect with nature and explore the world. Before choosing our path, we want to try and experience different alternatives looking for inspirations. We feel that living simple, sustainable life in the nature is really close to our heart, so we would love to learn as much as possible about permaculture, living in the offgrid, gardening, farming, buildings constructions and many more:)

We have a positive, open, creative and artistic mindset. We love traveling, discovering other cultures, different perspectives, ways of living and life stories - we would love to listen to yours! To be honest, we are very, very curious about many, many different topics 🙂 We love to read and listen about new things, perspectives, beliefs, experiences, knowledge and we are always exited to also learn them in practice. So we are always very keen to help even when we don't have much experience in something. We're interested in self-development and we enjoy learning, talking and listening about psychology, spirituality, philosophy AND MANY MORE:) Basically, there is no topic you cannot talk with us haha

We like challenges and leaving our comfort zones, as we believe that coping with different difficulties on our way is the great way to self-develop so we are always trying to seek comfort in discomfort and appreciate what we have. We try to live conscious life...we care about each other, about what we eat, how we spent our day and about environment and people around us. We both practice meditation, yoga and breathing exercises which helps us to be present and attentive.

Besides, we love to be outdoors and be physically active (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, running, camping are the examples what we love to do). On the other hand, we both share a passion to artistic projects. I, Nikola, love to paint, draw and I have some experience with clay and ceramics. Knitting, crocheting, making macrame and candles are another things I like to do during calm evenings... basically I enjoy doing everything with my hands so being involved in some artistic or DIY activities would be a pleasure for me.
Maciej loves music.. he plays a guitar, sings and is making his own music. He is also a chief from profession so he is a great cooker and will be always willy to help you cooking. He has a knowledge about healthy eating, herbs, nutritions etc
Recently, we also do photography, and we're interested in practising our video-making skills so probably you will often see me or Maciej with our camera (of course only if you're okay with that 🙂 ) Related to that, we can always offer you making some photos of your place, your products and even making some video clips or short documentary movies about your place! If you have a website, a blog, social media or anything we can always help you with that.

Through work-away, we hope to contribute to interesting and meaningful projects and to get to know the local life of various places. We are really interested in exploring the areas around to see as much as possible of what the place has to offer. We also hope to gain some experiences, learn new things, meet, listen and share knowledge and experiences with new people

Quais são suas habilidades?

I, Nikola, has some manual artistic skills as I paint and have experience with clay and other different forms of arts I'm mentioning above. I can also help with kids as I spent lots of time taking care of 11 years younger sister so I have some experience related to creative play and so on. Maciej is a cook from profession and we both have great cooking skills. We both do photography and we're practising our video-making skills so we can help you with your website or anything.
Besides, we have some basic knowledge about gardening. We are both physically active. We are also quick learners and we would like to learn more about gardening, farming, buildings constructions, masonry, wood work and develop skills related to that

  We are vegetarian, trying also avoid diary products so we usually cook only plant-based meals. However, we are open to try regional cuisine and products like cheese, fishes etc sometimes:)
