I am an event manager by trade, a writer by passion, and an adventurer at heart. I will be volunteering in a vegan kitchen for two months in Portugal, I have volunteered in a hostel along the Camino de Santiago for two months a few years ago, have worked in breweries serving food and beer for more than five years, and am happy to get my hands dirty!
