Hi! 🌸 I'm Angelica, nice to meet you!

I’m a 26-year-old girl, originally from sunny Sicily but currently living in Turin.
I’m a simple and spontaneous girl who appreciates the little things and genuineness, seeking a slow life away from the rush. At first, I might seem a bit shy, but I’m actually a curious and proactive person with great adaptability.

I love traveling, meeting new people, and discovering different cultures. I also have a deep love for nature and animals, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, exploring new landscapes, or simply being around animals.

That’s why I decided to take a gap year to explore the world and find myself. I want to step out of my comfort zone, challenge myself, and learn things that an office could never teach me.
Especially, I'd love to learn about farm life and sustainable way of living.

I hope Workaway will be an opportunity for personal growth—an occasion to contribute to meaningful projects and maybe even discover new passions along the way. I can’t wait to immerse myself in new experiences and see where this adventure takes me!

I enjoy cooking and developed my skills while at university, where I became the "official cook" for my roommates (they would clean the dishes hehe) . I enjoy making meals for my family and friends and trying out new recipes from different cultures. In addition to cooking, I am also capable of cleaning and maintaining spaces.

- DEALING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC 🛎️✨👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
After high school, I had the opportunity to work for two summers as a receptionist at a hotel, which helped me develop strong customer service skills and gain experience working directly with the public.
I also have some experience as a waitress and sales assistant.

I am a patient person who learns quickly, traits that make me well-suited to interact naturally and calmly with children and animals.
