Good soft skills in general, I dare to say. Fan and user of non-violent communication and tools of collective intelligence. Optimistic, joyful presence. Respectful, kind. Ability to colaborate, to work in a group as well as enjoying (even needing) moments of being/doing alone.
Used to interact with people of diverse cultures, languages, backgrounds, ages (worked for more than 7 years as a French teacher in belgian NGOs, working mainly with migrants without an official administrative situation, with a limited school experience).
Various experiences as a volunteer in mainly activist organic agriculture oriented non-profit projects, participating in collective works such as planting trees and veggies, collecting fruits, vegetables and herbs, fertilizing the soil with sheep waiste, composting, clearing of weeds, doing small garden DIY tasks, mowing the grass, making cuttlings of plants, ...
Really enjoy cooking, mostly vegan diet. Lacto-fermentation, kombucha.
