Travelling and connecting to nature make me feel alive. I love expanding my knowledge; both by reading and studying both by exploring new places, people and cultures. In fact I define myself a very curious person and I think that every experience is able to teach me something, I believe there are always ways to implement capabilities, enrich our baggage of lessons and and discover ourselves :)

I have been travelling a lot over the past years, a phase of my life during which I was able to do some first time experiences such as: backpacking in South east Asia, hitchhiking and using an interrail pass to travel exclusively by train!
I’m ready and excited to embark on new adventures and let life, and the beautiful planet we live in, surprise me again✨

Currently I’m studying plant-based cuisine and I spend looooot of time elaborating and put into practice recipes. I’m also diving into the practice of foraging and I can’t wait to start a botanical course that will allow me to integrate the use of wild plants into my cooking!

I’m good at creating warm atmospheres where everyone feels welcomed and accepted. I practice photography and I love to capture unique memories and precious details, but even more I love catching different corners of the world🌈
I’m dedicated to learn about how to live more mindfully and by adopting sustainable practices and I’d love to share this knowledge I’m developing in my everyday life with others!
My biggest passion is definitely cooking and experimenting with a creative approach new colourful and delicious recipes, especially since when I became vegan I started to play a lot in the kitchen in order to find balanced and tasty combinations🌱
Least but not last, I’m pretty adaptable and versatile, this helps me to learn easily and adjust to different environments!
